The Homestead & Wedding Pavilion Venue can accommodate up to 100 guests and has an outdoor covered Pavilion with mountain views as the ceremony space and a historic rustic cabin for the reception space.

For outdoor ceremonies, the deck seats up to 100 people (with additional standing room). The deck features log railings and a flagstone step down to the grassy lawn. We host weddings year-round: enjoy the warmth of late-July sunsets, the abundance of golden aspens in September, or the fairytale snowfalls in January at Evergreen Lake.

The Old Elm Farm has been a labor of love for owner Theresa Schuller. A local product herself, she was raised in Boulder and stayed close to her roots when she brought up her own family in Boulder County.
