About this venue

Evergreen Lake House is a beautiful rustic log cabin perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsals. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and overlooking the beautiful Evergreen Lake, this 5,000-square-foot lodge integrates the charm of an intimate celebration into a warm ballroom-like spaciousness. The Great Room, which seats up to 200 people, is fitted with a large stone fireplace and several floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide easy access to the spectacular view beyond. The smaller Octagon Room has seven windowed sides– so no matter where you are inside, the scenic outdoors are never hidden from view! For outdoor ceremonies, the deck seats up to 100 people (with additional standing room). The deck features log railings and a flagstone step down to the grassy lawn. We host weddings year-round: enjoy the warmth of late-July sunsets, the abundance of golden aspens in September, or the fairytale snowfalls in January at Evergreen Lake.

The Octagon Room is a unique feat of interior design. With the same rustic charm as the Great Room, this scaled-down space is ideal for relaxed conversation. The room is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, so no matter where you are inside, you’ll never lose the breathtaking views that define Evergreen Lake House! This space also has natural access to the outdoor deck and the Great Room, creating an organic and energetic flow between all three of our spaces.

Rustic and Luxurious Reception Hall in the Colorado Mountains

The Great Room is an elegant and luxurious environment with over 4,270 square feet of entertaining space. Fitted with lodgepole beams, a grand stone fireplace, and custom wrought-iron chandeliers, the Great Room has an undeniable rustic charm. Several glass doors and windows are designed to guide natural lighting throughout the room as well as provide unrestricted access to the wraparound outdoor deck and view beyond.
