Craven Farm was established in 1949 in the heart of the Snohomish River Valley. 70 acres framed by rolling hills, Cascade mountain views. We have 2 sheltered buildings, our rustic Harvest Barn, strung with twinkle-lights and chandeliers, and our open-air Pole Barn for late night dancing and drinks. We also have 2 outdoor garden sites, used for ceremonies, parties, receptions, and cocktail hours. Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

Chateau Lill is the preeminent event venue in Woodinville. With 10 acres of pristine grounds that include lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm surrounded by tall firs. The Chateau itself boasts a Barrel Room, and Grand Room, with an open-air tented terrace during the summer high season. Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul with his amazing vision, creativity, and hard work, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations!
