About this venue

Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

On just over 18 acres the farm features indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, accommodations for bridal party prep, and a fully enclosed, heated barn that can accommodate both sunny and fair weather events with beauty and style. The barn can accommodate events up to 175, Bridal Suite and Groom’s Area and Indoor and Outdoor ceremony locations.
