The staff understand the chaos of the big day and are with you every step of the way to help you be at ease. The venue is beautiful and offers both covered and uncovered ceremony locations. The reception area, as well and bride and groom dressing suites, are heated and cooled for comfort. You will absolutely love The Farm at Bentley Fields. I like recommend it so highly that I myself am getting married there!

My husband and I got married at Timber Hall at the end of June and had a wonderful experience! Cheri was communicative, helpful, and very reassuring when it comes to the planning process. The venue is absolutely beautiful and has a dreamy outdoor space for the couple's first dance and parent dances. The ceremony was so memorable with the long walk-way and the unique ceremony site, our guests kept complimenting it all night! Our pictures turned out amazing with the mountain views in the background! We loved everything about Timber Hall and couldn't have asked for a better venue! If you are considering booking the zoo for your wedding, this is your sign to do it. Every single aspect exceeded our expectations! I honestly can’t emphasize enough how accommodating they were. They truly listened to everything we wanted, and even then went above and beyond what we asked for to make our day perfect. I was honestly surprised in the best way at how much they did for us. On our wedding day, they had an event that morning that more people showed up for than they had accounted for, and even still, they made us priority. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the catering was top notch, and the set up and breakdown were effortless. For a day that everyone warned me was chaotic and stressful, that was just simply not the case at the zoo. Miranda was our coordinator and I will forever be grateful for her and how she made our special day (and the months leading up to it) the best way we could’ve asked for.

From the moment we started working with Emma at Castle Ladyhawke, we were impressed by their quick, efficient, and warm communication style. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic, charming feeling that made our wedding day feel truly special. The food was fantastic and despite complications it was a beautiful and magical day. While our initial coordinator, Emma, was great to work with over the 8 months leading up to the wedding, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that she would not be there on the day. Her replacement, Kelsie, arrived late, did not have our updated documents, failed to communicate with the vendors that there was a space for them on the third floor, and seemed to lack the positive energy and personal responsibility we had come to expect. There were also a few small hiccups, like the arch being set up incorrectly initially. But overall, we had a wonderful, memorable day for us and our guests.

While Emerald Ridge is an extraordinary venue, it wasn’t the venue that won us over. The owners, Janice & Paul, were the reason we decided we wanted to have our wedding there. Janice was our first point of contact and couldn’t have been more communicative, authentic, personable, and accommodating. They allowed us to take our engagement photos there after touring the property. Paul drove us around on his golf cart and happily answered all of our questions and put us at ease. We hired Malorie as our “month of” wedding coordinator and we’re extremely pleased that we did! She’s clearly an expert when it comes to the property and the wedding planning/execution process. On the day of our wedding she went above and beyond to make us feel as special and comfortable as possible! Mason and Taylor were also extremely accommodating and hard working. The entire staff was incredibly genuine and kind to us and our guests. We highly recommend booking the “No Stress Wedding Weekend” package and adding Thursday night to get the full experience of feeling right at home. Emerald Ridge has a vast inventory of decorations which allowed us to travel lightly from out of town. Emerald Ridge has a focus on keeping their property naturally beautiful and respecting the environment, which we very much appreciated. We truly could not have asked for a better wedding experience! We are grateful from the bottom of our hearts.

We are a family built and run business that has been in operation for over 12 years! The Pavilion was designed and built by our owner, Nancy Barger, and her dad. It's situated on her family farm and overlooks Bluegrass Lake, which is right in the heart of Knoxville! While you may only be 15 minutes from downtown, and just right off of Northshore Dr, The Pavilion offers a quiet escape on the water. Our ceremony site is surrounded by trees and looks out onto the lake, giving our ceremonies a private, natural, feeling. We are well known for our beach, which expands a large part of our front yard! The beach is amazing for elopements, cocktail hours, cookouts and photos!

The site is LOVELY, and the staff are also. They treated us as special (impossible as that sounds) and helped us to have the sort of wedding reception that we could only dream about. It's a fairly expensive venue, but TOTALLY worth it if you can manage it! (P.S.: We probably are the oldest bride and groom they have ever had, but that didn't seem to matter to them one bit. Don't worry if you are non-traditional.)

Conveniently located within a mile of downtown Asheville, Homewood offers 200 free, designated parking spaces, and is located in a neighborhood setting. The Great Room seats 110 people for dinner, or up to 150 with cocktail seating, with space for dance floor and DJ or band. Homewood is fully handicap-accessible. The beautiful and lush surrounding grounds provide additional outdoor space, including our garden ceremony site.

We fell in love with the pictures of the buildings and rooms online and couldn’t have imagined it being even better in person. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The hotel rooms and venue were absolutely beautiful and included details that made it that much more special. The close proximity to downtown action was so convenient for venturing out but you really feel tucked away in your own little world at Zelda Dearest. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Zelda Dearest and anticipate many more trips in the future since their team knocked it out of the park for our event!
