After buying a defunct trailer, owner Kurt took great care in renovating it into the sleek facility that couples know and love today. I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience for me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.
