Evergreen Lake House was a great wedding venue for our special day. The staff was prompt in their communication, making the planning process smooth and easy. The venue itself is gorgeous. One thing to note is that long veils can catch on the deck, so keep that in mind. Overall, the quality of Evergreen Lake House's work and the value they provide is good. This venue allowed us the space to create a 70s basement. We loved being able to change the ceiling lighting. Bekkah our coordinator was the first person we talked to. The groom said yes to the venue, specifically for the groom’s suit. They had a great time in there before the wedding. Bekkah was on board with every idea we had, she truly allowed me to feel like I had the freedom to run with my ideas. She was so helpful with the set-up of the wedding and her presence really put everyone at ease. She paid attention to our color scheme and it was awesome to get the chair upgrade. She was organized with some great layouts and spread sheets that were even colored coded using the colors of the wedding! Being out of state and a majority of our meetings happening through zoom calls, she made sure I was always involved. Mckiah the banquet captain, seemed to be right there every time we needed anything. She was very attentive, always keeping our drinks full. The serving staff worked quickly and quietly. They were very efficient and discreet. The bartender was everyone’s favorite person. He was very kind by expressing his appreciation for being included with the “tiki” theme. He remembered people drinks and got them ready before they asked. The guard was also just a pleasant person to have around. He was approachable and seemed to enjoy talking to everyone. My brother had his wedding at the Ken Carl location in December of 2022 so we knew the food was going to be good. The family and guests had a lot of dietary restrictions. The vegan/gf peppers were fantastic and having so many salad options was a great way to help accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. The tortellini and the prime rib were tied for everyone’s favorite. However, as there was no prime rib left over, I think it has to be the winner. Bret and Chris, the chefs, did not disappoint. Elizabeth the DJ, truly set the vibe for our 70’s wedding. She found every specific song we asked and check in on us all night. She always made sure we were ready to move on to the next thing and double check to make sure we were all on the same page. Once Tom from Love & Lense, heard about our wedding theme, he was completely on board. Chelsea stopped by the venue early, where she took pictures of each individual table decoration because each setup was different. They were great to have around all evening. They paid attention to my Pinterest board and made sure to incorporate pictures that I had asked for. We won a portrait during the food tasting extravaganza, which was very exciting. I can’t wait to see how all the pictures turn out.

My now husband and I found ourselves in quite a predicament. Two days before our wedding our original venue canceled our event and we had to quickly find a new one that would accommodate for our vendors and guests. We were so lucky to find Hudson Gardens. The staff was extremely helpful during a stressful time. The venue was able to hold our 175 guests, had ample parking, plenty of resources for a catering team, and was absolutely beautiful with several great backdrops for group and individual photos. Its location was also very convenient. The staff helped our day run smoothly and I can truly say we had the best day of our lives!!

We recently had our elopement wedding ceremony and guest room block at The Eddy and it could not have been more perfect! We were able to utilize the west rooftop for our ceremony which was the perfect backdrop to our wedding. Our family and friends enjoyed their stay here as well. The rooms are clean and modern but feel homey and comfortable. Breakfast was great and a nice amenity to have. We were surprised by champagne in our room when we arrived. Every staff member from front desk to the taproom to housekeeping was warm, friendly and overly accommodating. If you are in the area for business or just for fun or considering using The Eddy for your small wedding celebration, I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you so much to Mountain Crust and their crew for being so amazing. We hosted a Saturday wedding here in late June and it was absolutely stunning. There is enough shade in the lawn to make a big difference in the temp, and when it started to rain during dinner the staff moved our whole party (around 80 people) inside in just a few minutes. Everything turned out really well, and the venue is just gorgeous. Nico, the venue manager, was our day-of coordinator, and while there were a couple of snags (no PA announcements being made throughout the event, and our wedding cake was cut and served before we got to see it) most everything went really smoothly and felt organized. Communication was good and the staff were incredible day-of. We had so much fun and are so grateful to have found this venue!

The Mansion was the perfect venue for us- it gave us the flexibility of an indoor or outdoor ceremony, with plenty of space to have each part of our day in a separate area. When it snowed last minute on our Spring wedding, they were able to reconfigure to move everything inside. It is naturally beautiful so it doesn't need a lot in the way of decor. Plus, it naturally comes with extended seating options such as the living room.

Everything was communicated to us in a timely manner and all our plans were executed flawlessly. Fro the day we met with the venue to the end of the night of our wedding, the whole team was amazing to work with! The coordinators were very clear and left nothing for us to question. We got married here on 4/20/24 and it was a delight. So convenient to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and dance party all at the same venue! Choosing the month of coordination package was definitely a lifesaver for us. Erin did a phenomenal job with pre-planning mettings, setting up the decor and running the day smoothly! She pivoted easily when it snowed all day and our cocktail hour had to move indoors. The whole team were incredible professionals. One main reason we picked SKYLIGHT was for the 24 hour rental option beacuse our friends like to dance late into the night. Clay not only did a fantastic job with the alcohol ordering and bartending, he stayed up all night as the after hours venue contact in case we needed anything. The blank slate of the venue really gave us power to create decorations that represented ourselves. We are so grateful to the entire SKYLIGHT team for making our wedding dreams come true!

We could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding! Before committing to Sanctuary as our venue, we talked with several friends who had either been married there or had family married there and they all had nothing but positive things to say, so we knew we were in good hands.The entire staff was incredible- our wedding guests have continued to rave about the views, food, and service even two months after our wedding (which says a lot, given that food at weddings is typically pretty forgettable). Julie, our coordinator, was absolutely the reason our day went smoothly and was completely stress-free. Throughout the planning process, she provided reminders of upcoming deadlines, walked us through what to expect the week and day of our wedding and on our wedding day kept us on track with our timeline all while giving us any and all support we needed and assuring us how perfect our day would be (which is was). We truly could not imagine a better day and Sanctuary's beautiful views and amazing staff are largely to thank!

We had our wedding (90 people) at the Denver Athletic Club in September 2024 and had the absolute best experience! We were lucky to work with the amazing Brooke for over a year in planning and coordinating our wedding, and we were so grateful for the beautiful ballroom as a backup reception location when the weather decided to do CO weather things. We were still able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour on the roofdeck, which was one of the main reasons we picked the DAC (super cool skyline views). The bowling alley afterparty was also a hit with guests! Another great perk of the DAC is how many spaces there are for getting ready, which made hair and makeup convenient and kept the groom and groomsmen on a different floor until pictures. Food and service were great too, it was nice having catering included so we didn't have to involve and coordinate outside food & bev.

We planned our wedding at the Oxford in less than six months, and could not have been happier with the entire process. Brittany was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly listened to what we wanted. She was relaxed and calm, but ALWAYS on top of it, and provided us many options as we weighed our priorities. The entire event felt so much like us. Planning and working with Brittany was made easy because she is so organized, and never imposed her own views on us (but gave great advice when we asked). We absolutely loved the accommodations offered to us and to our guests, and the service at the hotel was exemplary - all of the staff are so friendly! There were no hidden or tricky costs, and the food was absolutely phenomenal - people still talk about it over a year later! We found such ease in being able to host all in one spot - many of our guests stayed at the hotel, we held the ceremony and reception there, and transportation was super easy for everyone. Guests enjoyed the cocktail lounge after the reception, and many ate next store at the Urban Farmer for breakfast. It's a special place to go back to now - we loved our wedding and the planning process, and cannot recommend working with Brittany enough!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Maven and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very responsive throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating to our requests and were even able to allow us to have a traditional Chinese lion dance outside in The Alley. The hotel itself is beautiful and quirky which made our wedding photos great. The connection to the Denver Milk Market made the hotel convenient and fun for our guests. We even rented out a room from the Milk Market and did our rehearsal dinner there. Overall, The Maven is a great location with great staff that helped make one of the best days of my life!

The space is bright and yet has that industrial and eclectic feel to it with the glass ceiling and historic brick. Not only are there inside options, but we can also spread to the outside.

My husband and I have been visiting the Botanic Gardens for years and it was the only venue we wanted for our wedding day. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and many of our guests commented afterward how beautiful it was. We also knew ahead of time that we wanted an intimate wedding and the Woodland Mosaic and Solarium as our location. The weather was fairly warm on our date but our guests didn't feel it because the venue has lots of shade with the solarium and trees. It also felt like a more secluded space, which is something that we wanted. Our wedding date was a very popular Saturday in June, and I believe 5 other weddings were taking place at the same time! Because our location felt so private, we hardly noticed. The only exception being the "golden hour" for photography, where we were taking photos in the Japanese garden and carefully maneuvering around other couples also taking photos. If you want to be the only bride in sight, keep this in mind. We didn't care though. Because we had such a small wedding (40 people), we chose not to have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. I would recommend one for this venue if you have a larger group or if you don't have a lot of helping hands. We had a lot of help from our families on the day of the event - helping set up things like the gifts/card table and brining in liquor in coolers. We also carried out a lot of items ourselves at the end of the night. This isn't a complaint from our end, as we expected to do some of the coordination ourselves. Just keep in mind that if you don't want to have to do anything on your wedding day, be sure to hire someone for that role. Emily was great at coordinating from the Botanic Gardens side. She gave us helpful information when needed, responded quickly, and we also met her about a month in advance to walk through the site, going over details on things like chairs and tables. In addition, you get an hour walkthrough during the day before your event. On the day of, I booked a touch-up room (included in the price). They have a limited catering list and we were happy to use Serendipity Catering for our food, bartenders, service staff, desserts and floral, which made coordinating everything a lot easier! I highly recommend working with Brie and Raven. Another perk of booking this venue is that you can bring in your own alcohol, which can save money. Negatively, it was a bit of work for our families to haul all of this in and out while in formalwear. Depending on which space you book, you are also only able to have acoustic music. We wanted (and hired) a string quartet, so this worked for us. However, if you want to dance the night away with a DJ, you would need to book elsewhere for the reception or book their indoor ballroom. The best surprise for us was a free couples membership for a year to the Botanic Gardens. We are so excited to have the opportunity to spend more time here, enjoying their many event offerings throughout the year. We can't wait to return year after year!

THE GOOD STUFF The Grange fit our needs really well for a 50 person baby shower. With the setup we chose, the room felt full but not crowded and allowed for ample room for people to move around. The fireplace added a nice atmosphere without making the room hot. The bathrooms and space were clean when we arrived. The Grange offers several table options which made it super easy for us to setup a kids zone, silent trivia area, and guest tables. Given that tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, it is fairly priced. A FEW BUMMERS While we wanted to have the garage doors open for an open-air feeling, it seemed that even the smallest bit of wind would knock over all of our decorations. Because we couldn't have the garage doors open, we did confine everything to indoors which changed our plans a bit with outdoor yard games as it wasn't super intuitive to go outside to the covered patio. We also would have liked to have been asked about the signage The Grange put outside. We had a co-ed baby shower but when we pulled up, the sign only listed the mother-to-be's name. Not a huge deal, but definitely could have been avoided. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS A few things to note that may be important to you: 1. All setup, teardown, and cleaning is YOUR responsibility. So, if you don't want to haul tables and chairs, take out the trash, and mop the floor, this venue is not for you. (Note: We were made well aware of this prior to booking so it isn't a surprise but definitely a big consideration as it cuts into your rental time.) 2. The microphone works well for the main room but is very difficult to hear in the "back area" where the restrooms and food counters are. 3. When working on your budget, be sure to factor in the cost of getting event insurance as this is required and is an additional cost. (Again, we were made aware of this in advance so it wasn't a surprise.) 4. No table coverings/linens/tablecloths are provided so be sure you factor this into planning and your budget.

We had our wedding at The Ramble and stayed for multiple nights leading up to and after the special day. I have zero complaints about our whole stay, everything was perfect. The venue is stunning. The food and drinks were delicious. The rooms were very cute and comfortable. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful to us and our guests. They went out of their way multiple times to ensure our comfort and it was so appreciated. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and so welcoming with each visit we made. Planning the wedding from out of state, they truly took so much pressure off our plate. Tessa and her team absolutely killed it, and it shows in how smoothly they are able to run an event. We’re so thankful they helped create a special day for us.
