The historic American craftsman-style home was built in 1913 and underwent renovations in 2021 to revive the rich, historical feel of the estate. Located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, the estate boasts 7,000 square feet of indoor space, in addition to a massive 5,600 square feet of private outdoor patio and plenty of private parking. The venue accommodates 50-250 guests seated and 50-350 guests cocktail style and is the perfect year-round space for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate receptions and more.
