Initially, the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there. That conversation changed the course of the estate, and Het Landhuis had its Grand Opening in 2010. We are located near Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Asheboro and many points in between. We offer an authentic farm setting that is rustic yet elegant. Our barn can hold up to 200 guests. We have tables and chairs on site. The patio attached to the barn is perfect for your reception with a beautiful view of the lake.
