Our wedding DJ was Sean Markland and he was just phenomenal to work with. Prior to our wedding we had a lengthy call with Sean; my husband and I were very picky with our wedding playlist and had a rule of absolutely no traditional wedding reception songs or line-dances. We love electronic dance music (EDM) and wanted our wedding to be "festival/show vibes". We pretty much curated our own playlist of EDM, country, hip-hop, folk and I really wasn't sure how our guests would respond (and we really didn't care because it was our wedding), but the way Sean mixed and transitioned the songs and hyped up the dance floor kept the vibes going all night! We used Summit Events for our up lighting too - highly recommend as it was a great way to turn the room from a classy dinner reception to a dance party in one click! The sound quality was great for both speeches and music; we wanted to make sure guests could hear speeches clearly and we had no issues at all even though it was a large room. I also appreciated the Vibo app that we used to plan out our ceremony, entrances, first dances and our playlist for the night - it was a great tool that kept songs and notes in one place. “Love & Light Entertainment was the perfect DJ choice for our wedding. From the beginning, Josh and Lynn were incredibly organized, responsive, and attentive to all the details. They worked closely with our wedding coordinator to ensure the music and timing for the night ran seamlessly. Josh was especially flexible and collaborative, working with us to create a custom dinner playlist where each table was called up to the buffet line by a song from the album on their table. This personal touch was a huge hit with our guests. We had a smoke machine for our first dance that was having trouble, Josh fixed it enough to use it for some of the dancing throughout the night. We had put some songs on the dancing section of the portal that is set up for each couple (which is amazing) those songs were not played during the reception. There was a requests page and we probably should have put the songs we really wanted there, it is more direct than putting it on the dancing section, something for others to keep in mind. Josh also played a groomsmen and bridesmaids song. The groomsmen’s song was perfect for them, if I had known, I probably would have changed the bridesmaids choice. We loved the music that was picked and everyone continues to tell us how they had not seen a wedding where the dance floor was full the whole time. We also continue to get positive comments on how great the music choices were. Everyone loved our phone audio guest book. Josh let us use any phone we wanted as long as it had the cables he needed which is great when wanting to have a phone that matches your theme. Love & Light has a variety of services and packages to pick and choose from to meet anyone’s needs. Overall, Love & Light provided professional, high-quality service that exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day truly special.”

In creating Signature DJs, Brandon recruited a team of professional and experienced DJs and event planners available to meet and exceed all of your needs. During your initial consultation Brandon will match you with the best options based on your preferences and event type. We also offer so many different options to personalize your wedding and make the experience unique for you and your guests. We have lighting, special effects, and even licensed pyrotechnicians on our team that can provide professional fireworks displays to end your night with a BANG!

“Now for the details: Brandon, Kellie, Elmer, and Becky were excellent to work with. They were communicative throughout the entire process and even sent monthly checklists to ensure the wedding planning timeline was ironed out and reminded you of the small details that most folks forget about. It’s the little things like these emails that went above and beyond to make sure our evening went as smoothly as possible. Our DJ, Elmer, was very enthusiastic despite challenges at the beginning of the event – the venue coordinator was very combative with him during set-up – and he didn’t let it affect the energy of the evening. (We didn’t find out until after the wedding date from our other vendors setting up and we had to reach out and ask about it because he didn’t want us to worry at all). He provided a high energy level and hits for dancing the whole evening and stuck to our favorite music vibes. Our photo booth operator, Becky, pulled us aside to take photos in the booth and thank goodness she did because we didn’t get the chance to go in before or after she pulled us aside. She put our guestbook together throughout the evening and it was fun to have something that captured our night to look through the next morning. Signature DJs was reasonably priced considering everything we received - music for ceremony & reception, mics, uplighting for dance floor, photo booth with guest book, monogram, and bubble exit complete with 2 bubble machines and bubbles for individual guests. They were flexible with our requests (customized monogram, unconventional timeline, and last-minute song additions) and had already worked at our venue so they were already familiar with the space which was super helpful because the venue coordinator was awful to work with. They put us at ease and gave us confidence that our day would be wonderful when we were the most stressed. “DJ Anthony Bryant (aka DJ Ant-Boogie) was absolutely amazing and such an important part of our wedding experience. When planning a wedding, there are a million things to worry about. DJ Ant Boogie is not one of them. He was so nice and so patient and professional with us during the planning, and an absolute joy to work with during the actual wedding. We had such little direction for him and gave the most vague descriptions of our friends and ourselves and the general vibe and he crafted the most perfect wedding playlist I have ever heard. All night people were complimenting us on our amazing song choices (all DJ ant boogie) and the dance floor was alive literally all night. He also did such a wonderful job with all of our special requests and announcements and all the “scripted wedding stuff” that happens during a wedding. Everyone had such an amazing time and he was such an integral part of that. DJ Ant Boogie, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We had a perfect night, and we are so grateful.”

“Christopher, an attorney in NY- NJ and I, a Chiropractor in the Virgin Islands, are very busy with our careers. It was difficult planning a wedding, so we required vendors that are easy to work with. Mike always answered our emails and texts and returned phone calls ASAP. We reviewed different DJ's and selected Mike because we wanted Latin Caribbean music plus American music for our entertainment. “John was absolutely awesome! He was so helpful during the planning process. Answered any questions I had, right away. He made the reception a party all night long. All of my guests have come to me, saying how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. A huge part of that to John. Very professional, very helpful, and super nice. They use an app, to upload what music you want to play at your event. It makes it so much easier, so you know exactly what songs are going to be played. I would definitely hire perfect harmony again, and will be very highly recommending it to all friends and family.”
