Do you take music requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In our Portal, you can add your Special Songs (First Dance, Grand Entrance, etc.) and can even find song suggestions for these if you're not sure what to choose. You can also build Request playlists, such as Must Plays, Do Not Plays, Dinner songs, Dancing songs, etc. There is also a Pre-Request system in the Portal that allows you to share a link with Guests to pre-submit song requests. Additionally, our DJs are happy to take Requests at the DJ Booth, and we offer a QR code and/or a link that can be used to submit song requests directly to the DJ from your mobile device.

Do you provide music for wedding ceremonies or cocktail receptions?

We offer Audio for Ceremonies, Cocktail Hour, and Receptions.

Are you fully insured?

We are fully insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request.

Question 4

How early do you come to set up?

Accepted Answer

Our team arrives 1-3 hours early to each event to set up depending on the size of the venue, and the services we are providing. On average, we arrive between 1.5 and 2 hours early, but we are flexible.

What do you wear?

Our team wears whatever is deemed appropriate by the Client. Typically, this is Business attire (Suit and Tie or similar). Occassionally it's business casual attire (Suit and button down shirt). Sometimes Client's have a theme or other attire they'd like us to wear, such as a Halloween costume.

Do you learn new songs?

One of our favorite parts of Wedding preparation is exploring our Client's music Requests and preferences. Our DJs carefully go through each song, and often explore similar songs, artists, genres, decades, or themes to supplement the playlists.If there is a song we do not have, we will source it, and we will even purchase music as needed.

Do you provide other services, such as lighting or photo booths?

Yes. We offer various lighting options, such as uplighting, gobo/monogram lighting, and more. We also offer a unique take on the classic photobooth with our Custom MirrorBooth. What is your travel and break down fee?

There are no hidden fees for set up or break down. We do have a small travel fee for anything outside of our main service area which encompasses a 40 mile radius of the 20164 zip code.

What are your sales taxes?

Accepted Answer

Our sales taxes are integrated within our Packages and Rates.
