Our barn was built in the late 1870's. It has been renovated over the last few years to be the perfect space for up to 130 guests. We got married in our barn and had 80 of our closest friends and family for the event. It’s the ideal venue for these smaller weddings.

Over our many years here, we've restored both the building and it's surroundings. From rebuilding the hundred foot long wrap-around porch, reclaiming long abandoned gardens and planting new ones, we've created a private secluded setting available to share with you all of life's celebrations.

Our dedication to perfection led us to unveil The White Birch Hall, a stunning 3,300 square foot Wedding Venue, in the enchanting fall of 2023. Whether you envision a seated dinner in the White Birch Hall, a relaxed rehearsal dinner on our Great Lawn, or an intimate gathering in the charming Garden Room, we are committed to crafting the ideal wedding weekend for you and your cherished guests. The White Birch Hall accommodates up to 100 guests for an enchanting dinner and dance, with the potential to expand this capacity through tenting on the premises.

Catskill views abound at this lovely Hudson Valley B&B, whose lush five-acre plot looks out across Shawangunk Ridge. At the property's heart, a gorgeous Dutch Colonial Farmhouse greets guests with 18th-Century charm. Wed beneath the pretty gazebo, followed by cocktails in the 250 year-old Locust Grove, which also features the covered Bluestone Patio. Follow with a tented, seated or floating reception on the lawn or under a beautiful tent. Wrap up the celebration with dancing and a festive bonfire sendoff. The B&B sleeps up to 14 guests.

BLACKBARN Hudson Valley is a unique option for an intimate gathering that can be customized for each event. Guests are also able to enjoy the private terrace with optional covered awning and use of country chic Tavern bar. Each wedding is customized utilizing the existing wooden top tables and restaurant furniture. Guests can also enjoy on-site luxury accommodations at the Diamond Mills Hotel.
