City Winery offers the romance and unique style of a rustic winery wedding with the ease of a full-service wedding venue, located on the outskirts of the small village of Montgomery, NY, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Wallkill River with the Shawangunk Mountains in the distance, and near numerous art and architecture attractions like the Storm King Art Center, Dia Beacon, and Bannerman Castle. With the ability to host everything from a small intimate rehearsal dinner to an elaborate wedding for up to 350 guests, our goal is to help you create everlasting memories. We look forward to bringing your wedding vision to life!

Enjoy exclusive access to all of City Winery Hudson Valley! For larger parties and events, a full venue buyout will allow you to host over 1,000 people comfortably on our 22-acre property, overlooking the Wallkill River and a stunning waterfall. Spend time on our multi-level patios, then head to the Barrel Room and Wine Bar, and finish off your experience in our largest space or Private dining, The Falls Room or The Gallery. Our Restaurant, Gallery, Boiler Room Bar, Patio, and Lower Patio can be used separately, or in conjunction with our Falls Room (main space) for weddings and much more. Please note there is an additional buyout fee for the exclusive use of the property spaces.

Vineyard Package
For $200 per guest, the Vineyard package includes a selection of four tray passed hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour, a two-course seated dinner comprised of one first course and two entrees + silent vegetarian option, as well as the Chef’s selected assorted mini desserts. Our beer & wine bar counts with four City Winery wines (one white, one red, rose, cava) and three craft beers.

Waterfall Package
For $230 per person, the Waterfall package includes one cocktail station and a selection of six tray passed hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour, a two-course seated dinner comprised of one first course and two entrees + silent vegetarian option, as well as the Chef’s selected assorted mini desserts. The five-hour open bar offers four City Winery wines (one white, one red, rose, cava), three craft beers, and the City Winery Classic Liquor Package.

Mill Deluxe Package

Great Venue & Team
City Winery Hudson Valley was an absolute pleasure to work with as a wedding vendor. Their communication style was clear, responsive, professional, and proactive, making the planning process seamless. The venue itself is a beautiful industrial modern space with amazing grounds that provide the perfect backdrop for a wedding celebration. The team at City Winery works exceptionally well with other wedding professionals to ensure the couple's vision for their special day is brought to life. I have had numerous positive experiences collaborating with Colleen and the City Winery team, and I highly recommend them to any couple searching for a stunning and accommodating wedding venue.

What an incredible spot to have a wedding at. Had mine here recently and the staff was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating along the way. Every request was met with a “yes, we can make it happen” response, and the team delivered the day of beyond belief. Not a single hiccup throughout the day, and the team was able to think quick on their feet. Literally five minutes before walking down the aisle, the button to my tux jacket fell off, and they were able to repair and make it look like nothing happened without any delay. The food was incredible, and all dietary restrictions were accommodated for. The ambience of the space was also perfect. Everybody had a great time and we are still hearing many comments from attendees on how great of a venue the place was.
SO BEAUTIFUL!
From the moment we inquired about hosting our wedding at City Winery Hudson Valley, the staff was incredibly responsive, collaborative, and creative in helping us plan our special day. The venue itself was spacious, beautiful, clean, and had a wonderful industrial-chic aesthetic that perfectly fit the vibe we were going for. On the day of, the event ran incredibly smoothly with a great flow to the evening, thanks to the excellent staff who attended to our every need. And the food? Absolutely incredible - our guests are still raving about it! We are so grateful to the team at City Winery Hudson Valley for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
Simply the best
City Winery is beautiful from the moment you drive onto the property, there's no question about that. The wine is great as expected. Here are a few things that really set this venue apart from the rest: - City Winery provided a Day-Of Attendant. She made sure I was well-hydrated and catered to throughout the day, as well as my family/bridal party. She made sure I ate during the reception, like what?! I had no sense of time on my wedding day which was fine because the attendant kept the flow of the day and kept to schedule. My wedding planner was also on site but the day-of attendant provided by the venue was absolute gold and took care of things that my wedding planner could not. - The food was amazing. It sounds silly but we did not pick the venue for food. We figured it would be good because it's a restaurant but did not expect such quality. The food was fresh, with many ingredients picked from their on-site garden (loved the unexpected farm-to-table). We received so many compliments from guests DURING the event. When was the last time you told the bride, on her wedding day, that the food was good? We even asked for specific modifications for vegetarian dishes and they accommodated without question. - We had space for a bounce house. Need I say more? - They provided security to make sure the restaurant guests were well-separated from the wedding. We really were in our own slice of heaven throughout the event. Also, ample parking. - The option to stay on site was invaluable and "The Nest" is huge. My make-up artist hair stylist were in awe over the space they had to spread out and my photographer had plenty of space to also spread out and capture the getting ready. These are just a FEW of the reasons we loved City Winery. The City Winery magic is undeniable.
