About Haw River Ballroom The Haw River Ballroom is a beautiful riverside venue set in the former Dye House of Saxapahaw’s Historic Cotton Mill. With three levels, a riverside deck, coffeehouse, full service stage and state of the art sound and lighting system, gorgeous historic detail, vintage furnishings, solar and geothermal power, climate control, and an idyllic rural river setting and lovely pollinator garden just minutes from Chapel Hill there is just no other place quite like it. Lilymont is a rustic venue for small weddings and events of up to 100 guests. We provide you the DIY canvas for your intimate, outdoor, wedding experience with beautiful field and gardens, a bonfire pit, changing rooms, bathrooms, trails and more. Lilymont makes memories last a lifetime.

The Evergreen Estate was envisioned by two college sweethearts as a place to enjoy life's finest moments with the people you love most. Beautifully situated at the top of a hill overlooking a lake on approximately 450 acres tree farm and wildlife preserve. The Longhouse building has a large hall that can be used in a variety of ways. It's cathedral ceiling and large stone hearth make it both beautifully spacious and warm and inviting. Originally called Doub's United Methodist Chapel, this historic structure was relocated to its current site in 1909 and functioned as a place of worship for decades. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance.
