Fueled by nostalgic recalling we aim to create a film that is timeless and authentic. Motel Cinema is based out of San Diego, Ca and our approach to weddings is inspired by the untraditional travelers before us, who hit the road in search of adventure into the unknown. We don't like boxes and we don't want wedding films that fit into one. If that tickles your fancy let's get weird.

Authenticity is important when it comes to weddings and really any sort of storytelling. It's those special in between moments that you can't recreate. The best way that I have found to capture those moments is to take an easy going approach (you can't force the good stuff), be light on my feet (no obnoxious camera gear), and have fun!

    Getting Motel Cinema for our wedding videographer is one of the best decisions we’ve made! We absolutely love our wedding video and rewatch it at least once a month (married over 4 years now). Nothing quite captures the fun and happy vibe of that day like our wedding video. Motel Cinema has captured our favorite moments in such a beautiful way, all while staying true to his unique style. We didn’t want a super sappy video that made us cry (no shade to people who like that) but we wanted to look back on our wedding and feel the happiness we felt that day! Whenever we show people our wedding video, they love it for that same reason.

    One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to hire Motel Cinema! As an entertainment marketer, specifically for documentaries, how our wedding would be documented was top of mind for me and I met with quite a few videographers. Brandon completely exceeded my expectations with the moments he caught on film, the editing, the music, the vibe. I really felt like he saw us and reflected it all back to us in the most special way which we will cherish for the rest of our lives. He was an absolute joy to work with through the entire process- easy to communicate with and quick, but also a relaxed energy that fit seamlessly into our wedding weekend.     Brandon & the Motel Cinema team are simply the best of the best! Having a videographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding - they captured the most special day of our lives so perfectly & we couldn’t be more grateful! The video is so natural and flows seamlessly. From the music throughout the video, to the super 8 footage & editing skills..it is all such a vibe!!
