About this venue

Threes at Franklin + Kent is our bar and event space in the heart of Greenpoint. The street level venue features wall-to-wall windows with stained glass detailing, a warm, spacious environment, and a wide variety of Threes beers on draft. The built-in sound system can be tailored for playlists, DJs, and full bands alike. Buying out F+K means a party for up to 100 guests, or 60 seated, but if you’re looking for something casual for a smaller group, we have The Parlor, a semi-private event room just off to the side of the main bar or The Studio, a fully private event space with a satellite bar upstairs. It’s perfect for engagement parties, small wedding receptions, welcome parties, and after-parties.

One of our most affordable options and newly renovated, this space is perfect for all kinds of wedding-related festivities. And is the perfect add-on for your buffet and moment before breather before you walk down the aisle!

THE STUDIO

Upstairs from the Main Bar is The Studio, a cozy yet spacious private venue and bar. The Studio offers a furnished lounge and completely private entrance on Franklin Street. It’s a perfect space for rehearsal dinners and intimate wedding celebrations. This speakeasy-style venue with a dedicated private entrance and a vibe that’s more retro lounge than contemporary brewpub is one of our best-kept secrets!

MAIN BAR

Weddings and wedding-related events with Threes are unique and memorable.

An expansive 1,300 square foot space complete with a black marble bar, warm lighting, stained glass detailing and large picture windows. The large picture windows with stained glass transoms draw you in, and the cozy corners entice you to stay a while. Inside the broad main room is a marble top bar and plenty of inviting nooks for savoring beers solo or hanging with friends. Come here for the beer, but make no mistake - this place is the venue of your dreams!

Wonderful "night before" gathering !

Threes (Greenpoint) did an amazing job organizing and executing a great get-together for around 85 people as our "night-before" celebration for our son and new daughter-in-law's wedding. We rented out the place and they put together an awesome menu and open bar for our families, out-of-town guests, and wedding party. Dave and Angie were easy to work with and the food/drink/security crew that night were all awesome. They were also very accommodating with our own connected music and video options. Let's face it ... these types of events in NYC are simply costly ... so after you accept that, it's great to know that you can get your money's worth ! Threes definitely did that for us ... we highly recommend them !!

My partner and I hosted a welcome drinks event to kick off our wedding weekend at Threes in Greenpoint and had a great time. Our guests kept telling us how nice it was to have a private space to all meet each other prior to our wedding and get excited for the weekend. The servers were very attentive and welcoming, the space was clean and organized, and they were able to seamlessly sync our playlist to their sound system. We’d highly recommend Threes to other couples for an event like this!

This was the most amazing experience ever! We had our wedding at Threes Brewing at their Greenpoint location and from start to finish, Angie was exceptional and so, so, SO kind and helpful to us. She was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns, and always made the effort to respond as soon as possible. The wedding industry and wedding planning process is so tough and stressful, but Angie went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and she accommodated every concern and change we had. Not to mention, the food & drinks were amazing! Our guests still rave about the food and cocktails they were served, and every person says that the food and drinks were the best they've ever had at a wedding, which is super high praise! We could not have done this without Angie and the team at Threes Brewing, and would really suggest either of their locations as a perfect wedding venue for a couple looking for something that's intimate and cozy, and have amazing food and drinks!

We rented the upstairs room at Threes for our rehearsal dinner, and it was the perfect space for 45 close family members to gather for delicious food and drinks. The space was cozy yet spacious, warm, nicely decorated. and inviting. Threes had enough staff that it didn't feel cramped, but the wait time was minimal for any drinks or requests. The planning process was extremely smooth as well; Dave and the other coordinators were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They fulfilled every request we had, fulfilled all of our food requests, and made the process as seamless as possible. We would highly recommend Threes to anyone looking to plan an event!
