Set in the heart of Northern Virginia’s famed and majestic Shenandoah Valley, and perched atop a bluff situated on over 900 acres of woodland beauty, Shenandoah Club’s lakeside lodge provides unfettered vistas of the 117-acre Lake Frederick in the foreground and the Blue Ridge mountains in the distance. October 2024 Wedding
Karen and Jesse made our day so easy. All of our guests, family and friends, just RAVED about their professionalism, their kindness, and their abilities to execute a busy day from top to bottom. Not only did we love Karen and Jesse, our guests complimented the food MANY times, the venue view, and the decor of the entrance of the lodge. I am so happy with our choice of this venue for our big day.

My experience with Karen and her team at the Shenandoah Lodge was exceptional. From the moment we booked, they exceeded all of our expectations. Karen was incredibly kind, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly on our big day. She was always available for our entire wedding party, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue itself is stunning, set right on the lake with breathtaking views. If you're looking for a beautiful venue with a dedicated and communicative team, I highly recommend Shenandoah Lodge. You won’t regret it!
Amazing Venue with Gorgeous Views
I have had the opportunity to work at Lake Frederick Weddings multiple times over the years and every time is AMAZING! This is one of my favorite venues in Front Royal. The venue is stunning with well manicured grounds and friendly staff. Christina is among one of those amazing staff members who couples are lucky to work with. She is organized, responsive, friendly, and everything you would want in an Event Coordinator for your special day. She has many weddings under her belt and will handle any disturbances with ease if they arise. The food is ALWAYS delicious and warm. Plus as a vendor, it's important that we eat when the couple eats to ensure we are ready for the next event and they always ensure that we are fed and have silverware as well as plenty of water throughout the day! They have a select number of vendors that they recommend which are only put on the list after review because they want only the best vendors to work with for their couples.
