Yes, we are a BYOB venue, but all alcohol must be served by a certified TABC bartenders.
Yes, we have a parking lot across the street with 95 spots. No charge to park.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
11 hour time block, set up, clean up, tables, chairs, bride & groom suites, two customs bars, use of outdoor patio seating.
11 hours for weekend events (Friday-Sunday)
Yes, we do require a day of event insurance.
There is a $1000 refundable damage deposit and a $250 catering kitchen cleaning fee. We also require every event to purchase a day of insurance policy. There is a $1500 date change fee associated with postponements.
Yes, you can choose any caterer you’d like. We have a fabulous selection on our preferred vendors list if you would like a recommendation.
If after signing the contract the applicant cancels the booking more than ninety (90) days prior to the event date, the applicant will lose the rental deposit of (50% of quoted fees). If the cancellation occurs within ninety (90) days of the event date, the damage deposit will be refunded but the full rental fee will be retained.
No, any sound equipment must be provided by a band and/or DJ or other rental company.
