About this venue

In the Spring of 2016, our family came together to build this venue in the hopes that we could provide a peaceful place for the most joyful celebrations. We believe that the focus of any celebration should be on the joy you share with the people you love, so we’re here to take care of some of the details. Full access to a storage room packed with decor for your use is included with all rental packages. The Cottage offers multiples rooms and a mirrored salon. The Cabin (dating back to 1905) has been remodeled to serve as a getting ready-space as well. Our Chapel features family-made stained-glass and antique pews. The chapel sides can open to provide the scenery of being outdoors with the convenience of being indoors. The two-story Reception Hall can accommodate up to 242 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. Our venue is located close to modern amenities while still offering a tranquil setting for inspired celebrations.

The two-story Reception Hall can comfortably accommodate up to 242 people. Exposed wooden beams contrast with grand chandeliers that cast a welcoming glow across the interior. String lights hang from the mezzanine level within this space, offering a magical atmosphere for stunning reception events.

This package includes everything included in The Basics + month-of coordination by a Stillwater Meadow coordinator. You'll have a coordinator who's very familiar with the venue, so you won't have to worry about anything slipping through the cracks.

    We are so glad we chose Stillwater Meadow for our wedding! Not only are the chapel and reception area absolutely beautiful, but the venue also allows you the to use any of the decor that they have. They are super friendly and easy to work with.
