About this venue

Station 3 is a historic Houston fire station that was built in 1903. The two story building with high, fourteen feet ceilings provides an industrial chic environment for you and your guest to enjoy! Both levels have an open floor plan concept and many unique features which will help add that special touch to your event; such as, floor to ceiling exposed brick, hardwood floors, incredible views of Houston’s downtown skyline, and the original fire pole! Station 3 offers a variety of venue rental packages to meet your individual event needs including a-la-carte and all inclusive options. We offer a beautiful bi-level event space complete with a private courtyard, gated parking lot, original brickwork and even the original working fire pole! Located directly outside of downtown Houston, this is the perfect location for any type of special event!

We offer an a-la-carte option which is available every day of the week. This is the first document attached titled "Venue Rental Pricing". This allows you to bring in any vendors you like (as long as they provide Station 3 with their insurance) and build your event from the ground up. Or, for Friday and Sunday events we have an All-Inclusive option as well that will take cover all of your vendors so there is no added stress to you!

Room cost

Our pricing varies from $2,500.00 to $7,000.00 for the venue rental.

Our Fri/Sun Inclusive Reception Package (ceremony is additional) is too good to be true. Description

This package allows you to bring in any vendors you like and build your event from the ground up. The venue rental includes everything we own in our inventory (i.e. tables, chairs, etc). You choose your own vendors for all things such as linens, caterer, florist, etc. The only things required to be on Station 3's tab is the bar package, bar staff, and security staff.
