About this venue

This gorgeous Spanish Colonial Revival-style chapel is nestled on a forested hillside overlooking the bay. Space for 125 guests. Abundant photo opportunities on the private tiled garden patio with mature trees, or the extravagant entrance steps before the grand oak doors. Inside is an impressive, vaulted redwood sanctuary lined with 12 arched, stained-glass windows and original frescos.

Step into history! The Presidio chapel is the perfect place for your heartfelt I do. You’ll love the photo opportunities at the entrance steps, or out on the tiled garden patio. This whitewashed chapel is a vaulted redwood sanctuary with attractive stained-glass windows, and historic fixtures. Graced with a breathtaking view of San Francisco Bay, the Presidio Chapel is a beautiful and inspiring location for special events. The Mural Room, perfect for an intimate reception, is adjacent to the sanctuary and has a view of the hillside. Outdoors, a memorial garden lined with flowers is the ideal place for taking photos, gathering before a ceremony, or hosting a standing reception.
