Pilot Mountain Vineyards is an all inclusive wedding venue situated in Pinnacle, North Carolina. Tucked away on 31 acres of North Carolina wine country, this stunning location provides a picturesque backdrop for your wedding. It is owned and operated by Mark and Kari, a husband-and-wife team who bring years of hospitality experience to every couple they host. Together, they have designed their property to provide a setting featuring inviting event spaces, invaluable amenities, luxurious dressing rooms, and more. The gorgeous outdoor ceremony location is nestled under towering trees for refreshing shade with a backdrop of the vineyard and an amazing view of Pilot Mountain. There is also a beautiful indoor ceremony option with an amazing view of Pilot Mountain. Receptions take place inside and outside. The luxurious climate-controlled space has been designed for parties and features a roomy dance floor.

Stroll along the stone path by the fountain and under the arch trellis to the vineyard. A gorgeous view of Pilot Mountain is your backdrop for beautiful photos. We set up chiavari chairs for you and have two vintage wine barrels to add to your decor. We have a decorating closet you can borrow decor at no additional cost. We have pretty mosaic table for a unity ceremony symbolizing your two families coming together.

Pilot Mountain Vineyards is the best of the best. I was a bride at their stunning venue, and my husband and I feel so unbelievably grateful to have found this place. Kari and Mark (owners) are exceptional: a duo who make the wedding planning and wedding day stress-free, fun, and easy. The food was so delicious, I've asked for their Marry Me Chicken recipe! We had guests coming up throughout the night to tell us not only how delicious the food was, not only how gorgeous the view was, not only how fun the music selection was (PMV is the DJ too!) but how it was the BEST WEDDING they'd ever attended. When we ran into a bump in the timeline (I REALLY wanted that First Look moment, but we had spent too much time on pre-ceremony shots), Kari stopped the traffic to the venue so that we could still have this essential, beautiful moment to ourselves. We got our First Look photos, thanks to Kari. She saved the day! And made it so smooth after that. We will never forget this night. We will never forget Kari and Mark and their incredible venue. We will never forget how they made us feel. Thank you

We were drawn to Pilot Mountain Vineyards because of the affordable price and how much was included. We live in CO so we wanted to make planning a wedding across the country as easy as possible. Kari and Mark made it just that! They were both so incredibly helpful and the venue was so beautiful! The food was delicious and we had the best time! All of our guests raved about it as well!

We absolutely LOVE Pilot Mountain Vineyards & Winery!! It’s such a picturesque location, and Kari is phenomenal to work with! She is so helpful and quick to answer all questions. She will work with you to make your special day perfect! We highly recommend Pilot Mountain Vineyards & winery to anyone getting married in the NC area!

Wine and beer is included in your all-inclusive venue fee. No need to bring your own!

Yes, we have plenty of parking onsite.

Yes, our reception venue is wheelchair accessible. We have smooth access from asphalt parking lot to the building. For the outdoor vineyard ceremony site we provide a golf cart ride for those needing mobility assistance or a wheel chair van can be driven to the chairs.

You can hold your date with a $2500 payment plus NC sales tax.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook the date we will refund your payments.

Our venue can be reached from 3 airports. Greensboro is the closest, Charlotte is the biggest and Raleigh. Rental car is needed since limited Uber service here.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Sure! Just keep him on a leash and have someone take him home after ceremony and photos.

We have the same pricing year round.

We only book one wedding each weekend. Your wedding weekend starts with 2 hours of prep time to drop off dresses and add your personal touches to our decor followed by a 1 hour rehearsal the day prior to your wedding. Then on your wedding day you are welcome to use the venue all day starting at 9am. The reception venue is yours for 5 hours after your ceremony. The bride & groom are also welcome to spend the night in the luxurious honeymoon suite with an 11:00am check out time the next day.

Yes, we have a variety of nice places for your guests to stay. There are 3 B&Bs right here in Pinnacle, NC for 36 guests, plenty of AirBnB and VRBO options, plus hotels in Mount Airy and Winston Salem within 20 minutes. We have a nice packet for you with more details.
