Every couple has a story; each beautiful - mess and all. Ivy Lane Photography is dedicated to documenting your story as raw, real, and honest as possible, and dedicated to capturing memories that last a lifetime - and beyond.

While I capture plenty of candid moments, my design background & degree also inspire me to carefully curate editorial-like photographs. When you book with me, you get both styles in your wedding day album. WHAT A DAY WITH ME LOOKS LIKE: When you choose me as your photographer, you will simultaneously get a calming presence and the ultimate hype-woman you will feel comfortable around within minutes. Though I stay behind the scenes during important "highlight" events, there are plenty of moments you might hear an encouraging word or tidbit of advice. (P.S., don't be surprised if I join your guests on the dance floor for a song or two!)

I would highly recommend Ivy Lane Photography! We used Brittany for our wedding day and were so glad we did. Me and my husband are both a bit camera shy and typically really don’t feel comfortable in front of a camera. However - Brittany was able to set us both as ease, and capture some truly beautiful shots that we will treasure forever. Overall I was happy with the experience - we had fun during the process and were so happy with the end result!

We have worked with Brittany for all our major life events. From engagement photos, to wedding photos, to maternity shoots! We always love the outcome of our photos, and will definitely be doing more shoots with her in the future!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding.

Though it depends on your package, I typically provide 50-75 edited photos per hour of shooting time. (So if you booked a wedding package of 8 hours, you will receive 400-600 edited photos.) For an engagement session, you will get anywhere from 25-100 edited photos in your gallery, depending on the package you purchased.

Yes! Photography is an investment, one that I - objectively speaking, of course - 100% think is worth investing in. So to make capturing your biggest life events and annual family photos less of a dream and more of a reality, you can pay in up to four installments.

I am fairly new to the travel photography space (super excited for this new chapter of my business!), so ask me about any discounts I have available for your date. I only charge airfare and/or gas mileage on top of your wedding package, and lodging and meals are on me! Once you book with me, I will do all the grunt work and search for good flight deals, then just have you reimburse me after purchasing tickets. If driving, I will give you an estimate on total fuel costs, and I will bundle the travel fees in with your package and you can make payments as usual.

I will travel anywhere and any distance to capture your wedding or elopement, and I would be so honored to do so! Depending on the travel and time commitment, I might bring my husband and daughter along for the ride. (They'll be out sightseeing while Mama does her thing! ) NOTE: I live in Upstate New York but am a Vermont native. Reach out to ask about your next photoshoot in Vermont, as I'll travel within an hour radius of family.
