About this venue

The cuisine at Chef Jean-Georges’ABC Kitchen reflects a passionate commitment to the freshest organic and local ingredients possible. The restaurant’s changing menu focuses on local, sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs. Meat, fish, and dairy are locally sourced where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones. A rooftop garden provides herbs and microgreens. Teas, coffees, spices, wines, juices, and elixirs are organically cultivated on fair-trade cooperatives.

Our event spaces

ABC Kitchen

ABC Kitchen can accommodate parties of up to 12 guests in the main dining room and up to 32 in our semi-private dining room, located in the back of the restaurant. ABC Kitchen is also available for a buyout for breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner and can seat a party of up to 130 guests. The dining room includes found, salvaged, reclaimed, and recycled building materials.
