Willow Creek Event Planning is a fast growing, women-owned business that specializes in Event Planning, Coordination, and Photo Booth Rentals. With our background in corporate planning, our initial introduction into the wedding industry was a match made in heaven. Since then we have been partnering with couples all over the DMV (and beyond) to ensure seamless, memorable events.
Our background in corporate and government events and planning helps set us apart from the rest. Planning large professional events gave us the opportunity to create complex, unique events with a wide range of budgets. As such we are creative within the means we are given and promise to work tirelessly to give you and your fiancé the wedding of your dreams.

Fantastic wedding planners coordinators
Willow Creek Event Planning was a true lifesaver for us in planning our wedding. Their communication style was concise, clear, and empathetic, and they were always prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. The quality of their work was precisely what we wanted and incredibly valuable - they came in just a few months before our wedding and helped us get the plan back on track, ensuring everything went smoothly on the big day. We hired Willow Creek Event Planning to support the day of coordination for our wedding in March. They did an excellent job communicating with us and our other vendors. They were on top of every detail on our wedding day and everything we had planned happened successfully. We had inclement weather on our wedding day and they were on top of any changes that had to be made and communicated with everyone at our venue. Their communication was clear and professional. I really felt like they took a load off our shoulders on the day of the wedding, which allowed us to stay in the moment and enjoy the day. Couldn’t Imagine a Better Coordinator
We were so so happy with the service Willow Creek Event Planning provided. We opted for the day-of coordination and it really helped take a load off of my husband and I. I strongly recommend you at least get a day-of coordinator for your wedding, especially these ladies. They had fast response times leading up to the wedding, they helped bring things to my attention that I didn’t know needed to be planned, and they were there for everything on the wedding day. Even rushing to get a bandaid for my clumsy self! 10/10
