When are payments due?

Payments are structured as follows: 50% Deposit: After reviewing and approving your proposal, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, along with a signed contract, to secure your wedding date. Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due one week prior to your wedding day.

My wedding isn’t until next year, can I still contact you in the meantime?

Absolutely! Once we receive your contract and deposit, we’re here for you every step of the way, even before your official coordinating sessions begin. Feel free to reach out for advice, recommendations, suggestions, or just to brainstorm ideas—whatever you need. While our main coordinating meetings typically start about 3 months before your wedding, we are always available to offer additional support or answer any questions you have along the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit and debit card through Square, with a small service fee. We also offer the option to pay via Zelle or check, with no additional fees. If you have any questions about payment methods or fees, feel free to reach out!

What is your service area?

Our primary service area includes Seattle, Tacoma, Snohomish, Everett, and locations within a 50-mile radius of 98105. We’re also happy to travel for your event! For locations outside of this 50-mile radius, an additional travel fee may apply. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re unsure whether your venue falls within our service area—we’re always happy to discuss options!

Are you part of a team? Who will I be working with?

Yes! At Three Tree Weddings, we are a small but dedicated team of three women. While you’ll primarily work with Delaney throughout the planning and coordination process, your initial consultation will be with her, and she will be your main point of contact from start to finish. Depending on the size, location, and specific needs of your wedding, we’ll inform you of any additional team members or support staff who will be assisting on your big day. We have an incredible team of experienced coordinators and support staff who are all committed to making your wedding day absolutely perfect!

Do you offer full service wedding planning?

We currently do not offer full-service wedding planning due to team size. However, we specialize in wedding coordination, ensuring all details come together smoothly on your big day. We provide guidance, recommendations, and expert advice throughout the planning process. If you need vendor referrals, timeline creation, or day-of coordination, we’ve got you covered. For more extensive planning, we can create a custom package to fit your needs. Our goal is to ensure you're fully prepared and your wedding day runs smoothly, even if we’re not handling every detail.

Our onboarding process ensures we fully understand your vision. Here's how it works: Initial Consultation – We’ll discuss your goals, needs, and wedding vision. New Client Questionnaire – Before the consultation, you'll complete a questionnaire to help guide our conversation. Personalized Proposal – After the meeting, we’ll send a tailored proposal for your review. Contract & Deposit – Once approved, you'll sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit to secure your date. Booking Confirmation – Once the deposit is received, your date is officially booked, and we’ll begin planning together!
