Incredible coordinator!
Words can’t describe how grateful I am for finding Sustainable Soirres for the day of coordination on our special day. As someone a bit overwhelmed by planning big events. Bristol was a lifesaver. She laid out all the steps and walked me through the process with some much knowledge and enthusiasm. Asking questions I never would have thought of myself. She really makes sure you think through every detail to make the day uniquely your own. On the day itself, she was cool as a cucumber and kept us to our timeline masterfully and offered such a peaceful energy. She was so prompt with communication and truly helped me stay on track with all my planning! I will recommending her and her wonderful team to all friends that are tying in the knot and are in need of such a thoughtful and kind wedding planner.
Best Chicagoland Wedding Planner!!
After Spencer and I got engaged, we quickly realized that we needed someone to help us stay organized and on top of all of our deadlines. We hired Bristol as our partial planner and day-of coordinator, and it was easily the best decision we made throughout the planning process!! Our monthly planning calls with Bristol were crucial to helping us stay on top of all of the details, and she provided a ton of extremely helpful planning spreadsheets that made everything very straightforward. We always knew what we had left to do and what was next on the agenda. She also took a lot of time to understand our vision for the wedding day, and virtually all of the vendors we ended up hiring came at her recommendation. It was also really important to us that our wedding create as little waste as possible, and all of the vendors she sent our way helped us towards that goal. One of the things we appreciated the most was her assistance in finalizing details with our vendors. A lot of questions came up in those final calls that we hadn’t thought about or were not prepared to answer, and Bristol helped us make the right decisions every time. Bristol was incredibly warm and supportive throughout the entire process. Her genuine care for us and our wedding made us feel like we were in very capable and trusted hands. We’ve received so many compliments from our wedding party and families about how effortlessly she managed the wedding day and the events leading up to it, as well as her thorough communication to everyone involved in the ceremony. The week leading up to the wedding was entirely stress-free for us because Bristol made sure that all of our boxes were checked well in advance of the wedding. Hiring Bristol and her team is the best decision you could make for your wedding day, and we will be recommending her to all of our friends getting married in the future!! Sustainable Soirées exceeded our expectations
Bristol was a joy to work with. We hired her when we were only 5 months out from our wedding and she jumped into action as our day-of-coordinator. As we started handing things off to her and the date got closer, we realized this was the best investment we made for our wedding day. Bristol was able to reassure us, coordinate with our families, and stay calm when things were hectic. She is very well organized and communicative, the documents she provides will help make your wedding day run smoothly. My husband and I have been in weddings with other coordinators and none of them have compared to how well prepared Bristol was for our wedding. Her and her team ran our almost 200 person wedding smoothly and when we arrived to our venue after the ceremony, we were so pleased at how everything had been handled and set up. Could not recommend her enough!!!
The Best Wedding Coordinator!!
Bristol and the whole Sustainable Soirees team were incredible!!! Truly the best decision we made was hiring Bristol. We were able to plan our wedding as much as we wanted, but still having a "safety net" of having a professional make sure there wasn't anything we were missing. Leading up to the wedding, we appreciated the monthly check-in calls and emails, Bristol made sure we were on track for getting everything done in time. She promptly responded to all emails, texts, and answered all of our questions! The week leading up to the wedding, everyone said I was such a chill bride, but truly it's because Bristol and her team handled all of the details the month-of. Having her be the contact point person for all of our vendors made wedding planning a MUCH more enjoyable experience. On the day of our wedding, we got to be FULLY present! All of our guests remarked how smooth, efficient, and flawless the day was, and I know it was no accident, but rather a testament to Bristol's hard work and incredible abilities. I loved not having to micromanage the details of making sure everything was set up correctly, or that the DJ got the right cues, or when dinner was served, etc. Also Bristol's extensive planning suite complete with checklists, guest lists, budget trackers, and more was so helpful in the planning process! I cannot say enough good things about Bristol and her team - our day was absolutely flawless thanks to them!
