Rye Street Events was established as an outlet to take passion for curating core memories to the next level and beyond. Since then, we have been fortunate to have the opportunity to work with some amazing clients and help create very memorable and special events, big and small! With the help of passionate assistants, Rye Street Events has been able to quickly grow into a high quality event planning company! We have quickly become familiar with a wide variety of talented local and regional vendors, as well as knowing how to incorporate the smallest desires and details to make each event as special as possible, for everyone involved!

Full Service Design - From Day 1, expect to sit down to discuss your vision, dreams, needs, themes, ​etc! After that, we will take the reins. Expect to have scheduled follow-ups to discuss progress, ​budget, and any changes. In short, we will take care of everything and you’ll always be in the loop!

Partial Planning - Our client-planner relationship starts on Day 1 of your planning journey! Level up ​with our Partial Planning Package - includes decoration/design concepts, sourcing and supply ​assistance, unlimited planning discussions, and full event day-of coordination services!

Day-of Coordination (hourly rate) - You love being hands-on with your event creation, but you ​want to make sure everything goes off without a hitch! This is the best choice for you! Let us take care of timelines, vendor management, set up/break down, ​organizing your guests.

    Working with Caroline at Rye Street Events for our wedding was an absolute dream. From the very first phone call, Caroline made such a great impression. The communication following that was proactive, punctual, and incredibly helpful, always maintaining a positive attitude. Caroline was flexible, dependable, and truly professional in her approach, allowing me to feel confident that my vision for the day would be brought to life seamlessly. On the wedding day itself, I did not have to worry about a single detail, as Caroline and her assistant Julia expertly handled every aspect. It meant the world that they checked in with me throughout the night and even helped with my dress change. Caroline and Julia were so kind, accommodating, and their passion for their work was evident. My family raved about their services! I couldn't have had such a beautiful wedding day without their dedication and expertise. If you are thinking twice--DON'T! Caroline will not disappoint you.     Caroline was an absolute dream to have as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. She set up a phone call a month prior to review all the details and check in and was even willing to tour the venue with me for a walk through! She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She was so easy to communicate with. My vision came to life that day - everything was exactly as I pictured. She set up my many items and returned later that night to clean them all up and put them back how I packed them. We are so grateful to have found Caroline and honored to have had her part of our big day.

    I worked with Rye Street Events providing photography for a mutual client of ours. Their communication and transparency was some of he best i've seen in my 6 years as a wedding photographer. Not only did they make my job easier, but they made the day perfect for the bride and groom. I hope to work with them again in the future!
