Hi friend! I'm Pauline, and I am excited to help you have a fun, memorable and well-coordinated wedding. I left my career as a project manager at Meta to pursue my passion in event planning. Executing a wedding day brings me joy and fulfillment and I truly love being able to help couples on one of the most special days of their lives.

My project management background has taught me to work well under tight deadlines, pay attention to details, work with many different stakeholders, and coordinate many moving parts. Now I get to do this, but also explore the creative and beautiful design elements of an event. This is the exact combination of expertise you need on your wedding day!

Pauline was so wonderful to work with! We needed a DOC that was last minute and less involved in the planning since we already had things locked in. Pauline was able to work with us and created a smaller package that was in our budget, and was very prepared for our special day!! :)

Working with Pauline was incredible! I am a busy medical resident and would not have been able to make the wedding of my dreams happen without her! I hired her as a day-of coordinator, but she helped with so much more. She was extremely organized and was available and flexible to have several check ins to keep me on track in the months leading up to our big day. I still didn't have hair and makeup or transportation booked 3 months out (lol) and she found amazing vendors for me who were available last minute. She was also just so fun to work with! She handled all the communication and coordination with our vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding and during our big day and everything was totally smooth so that we could just enjoy the day without worrying about any details! Everything went perfectly!

Pauline and her team are amazing! We went with the Blossom package (3 month coordination), and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Pauline is organized and was always available to answer any questions we had. She provided advice when needed and was super professional throughout the whole process. She is also just so kind, patient and reassuring and made the last few months of wedding planning less stressful. On the wedding day, her and her assistants took care of everything so smoothly. Pauline and her team coordinated with the vendors and all we had to think about that day was us. That really made it one of the best days of our lives. We would recommend Here it Blooms to everyone!
