    I am so disappointed with Megan’s services. We had our original coordinator cancel last minute due to health reasons so we were recommended Megan and so excited to use her as our month of coordinator. We weren’t able to utilize Megan’s 3 month out services since we were already 2 months out from our wedding when we had to book with her but she convinced me it wasn’t an issue and she’d still be able to get everything done in a timely manner. We still had to pay her original price even though we didn’t get the full services but we were fine with it. Fast forward a month before our wedding, I schedule a meeting with Megan to go over our timeline details and everything we need to do and it goes great. However, after that meeting I had not been able to get a hold of her via text, email, or call for several weeks. I was concerned something was wrong until today. We are 2 weeks out from our wedding and she had not reach out to any of our vendors so I called her and re-emailed again. She accidentally called me back today and hung up immediately after she realized I was calling her name. I called back immediately after she hung up and never got a response. I have canceled my services with her and would highly NOT recommend anyone book with her. I was so hopeful as she seemed super sweet and professional during our 2 meetings but that is not the case. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as it feels like a completely scam.

    An entire month after severing our contract and neither my fiancee, my mother, or I have heard a word from her. I would typically let it lie but we paid her almost 4500 and saw absolutely nothing of it. She openly lied to us about her abilities. She also told us that she had sent the save the dates out. Two weeks went by and none of our guests got them (they still didn’t), so we opted to sever our contract after MULTIPLE communication issues. I texted her two weeks before my engagement photos asking if she had narrowed down a hair and makeup artist and never heard a single response, so I did my own. It wasn’t a huge deal but for 8000, I expected a response, even a “So sorry! I’m unable to” but instead just got straight up ghosted. I wound up asking my fiancee to continue communicating with her because I thought she may have just not liked me or something. After they followed up with her, she turned her read receipts off on both of us. I should have trusted my mom’s feeling about her in the beginning, but I really liked her as a person. As a result of her unprofessionalism and straight up lies to us, we’ve had to postpone our wedding until NEXT YEAR. The company might’ve worked great for other folks, but I would never recommend them. I hope Megan takes some time off and repriortizes the impact she has on the most important day of folks’ lives. Our experience was abysmal, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. The other review before ours was exceptionally validating. Communication needs to be better across the board, especially if you’re charging such premium pricing. I have screenshots aplenty, but it’s not in my nature to breach other people’s privacy. I’ve sent them to Zola Customer support, though.

    We booked with Wildflower weddings about a year before our wedding for month of coordination. I am type A so wanted to do all the planning but really needed someone close to time to be able to execute it all and finalize details so that I can enjoy those few weeks before the wedding with friends and family. Things were great in the beginning, small red flags such as not correctly remembering/writing down the number of people in our bridal party, “theme” of the wedding, again small details but should have known then. It’s time for our “month of” services to begin, we had a phone call scheduled for 6pm. Time comes, I get no call from her so I attempt to call her, get voicemail then she texts me can we push by an hour something came up. No biggie but a heads up that you were running late would have been appreciated. Final walk-through day comes, Megan shows up 45 mins late, called 15 mins before we were supposed to be there stating she’d be late due to traffic from a funeral procession. Now we only had about an hour to be at the venue anyways, so we go through everything with the venue owners for day of and then super quickly have to fill in Megan before their next appointment came. She stated she was missing the vendor timeline from my packet but would end up sending that to me once she sent it to all my vendors as well. One week before my wedding my MUA and content creator reach out regarding day of details – I reached out to Megan about this confused as she stated she talked to everyone. She also said she had no missed calls texts or emails from my MUA but my MUA actually sent me a screenshot of where she was texting Megan, Megan read the messages and did not respond. My issue with this is not even the lack of doing the job, it was the lying to me that she had no communication. Wednesday before my Saturday wedding, florals are reaching out to my about what time to come day of for delivery. Megan never followed up to any of her vendor calls with an email with the details of the day of timeline. Content creator was only reached out to after I followed up with Megan about it 1 week before the wedding. At the end of the day it still helped having an extra set of hands come wedding day but it was not worth the stress that we had to endure during the planning process with her.

    Megan and her staff were wonderful. They were very attentive from the moment her contract started and the moment it ended. On our wedding day Megan didn’t miss a beat and me and my husband felt completely supported and the wedding went off without a hitch. Even when we had to delay the start of the ceremony a bit due to low attendance, Megan kept us calm and it was great. I couldn’t asked for a better person so bring our vision to life and keep everything in order then Megan and her team. Thanks to you my day was the best we could ask for. I would recommend her to anyone.
