We strive to bring together all of the details in order to make your event perfect and stress free. From the biggest pieces all the way down to the smallest details, we will plan everything! We can even choreograph your first dance and work with you in customizable dance lesson packages! Here at Exceptionally Yours, we are known for tailoring each event specifically for your needs, because we know that not every bride, groom, guest of honor or company is exactly the same.

We are not only wedding/event coordinator and planners, but we also are able to choreograph your dances for your special events. We get complimented all the time on our great attention to detail and fantastic communication.

    Working with Exceptionally Yours Weddings & Events was an absolute dream. Their communication style is detailed, consistent, and immediate, ensuring we were always informed and on the same page. The quality of their work is simply amazing - they are incredible, phenomenal, and of the highest caliber. The team made sure the bride didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day and were an absolute support system for the groom. Crystal's attention to detail for timelines and scheduling is top-notch, and her ability to adapt to changes and improvisations throughout the day is what truly sets her apart from other vendors.     Crystal and her team at Exceptionally Yours are AMAZING! From our first conversation, Crystal gave us so much confidence that she would make our wedding easy and fun, and that is exactly what happened on our wedding day. Before the wedding, Crystal helped us think through details we would have never thought to include/coordinate in advance. She also reached out to all of our vendors on our behalf to ensure that they had schedules for the day, all of the information that they needed, and really took all of the logistical coordination off of our plates. Many of our vendors commented on how great it was to work with Crystal, and how we had found an awesome coordinator. On the actual day, our room was set up beautifully, and Crystal managed our timeline perfectly. I am so grateful that she was there with us throughout the day. I really felt like I could let go and enjoy a stress free and fun day because I knew that Crystal was taking care of everything. Great value, great attention to detail, and so helpful! We cannot recommend Exceptionally Yours enough!

    I worked with Caitlin for my 2024 wedding and thought she did a phenomenal job! She was there for guidance and question answering when we needed it. She made our timeline and the wedding day ran so smoothly, even though we had to pivot last minute due to the rain! My bustle broke, and my hair started falling out, and there she was with safety pins and bobby pins. She is also just the sweetest. We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone.
