Events by Wise is a boutique full service wedding planning & design business serving Northern California. Our business was started out of our LOVE for weddings!! We have over 14 years of experience planning & producing weddings! Our goal from the beginning was to provide great planning services at a reasonable price. We want everyone to have a planner and enjoy their wedding! Our expert staff have been hand picked for their special talents that they bring to our clients! From start to finish your experience with us will be fun, creative and professional! Remember, at Events by Wise...Your dream...Your vision is Our Mission! ​

Besides our planning team we also have an amazing waitstaff team. If you want a less traditional caterer (pizza truck, taco wagon or your favorite restaurant) we can round out your staffing to provide a full service caterer feel to your wedding. Our team will set your tabletop, buss your tables, pass appetizers, serve your buffet, cut & serve your dessert, provide a non-alcoholic beverage station, provide coffee service and of course scrape your plates and prepare all the rentals for return to your rental company. This service can be added to any of our planning packages.

Description

We work with you from start to finish on design, planning, vendors search and contracts. We handle all vendor communication, logistics of load-in and out. We will create your budget, track your budget, vendor payments, rentals orders, along with create your timeline, layouts and your processional! Most importantly on the Big Day we handle all of the details, vendors, timeline, decor set-up and of course...clean up at the end of the night.

This package includes unlimited emails, phone calls, monthly check-ins meetings and offers assistance such as referrals and advice when needed! It also includes full wedding design, layouts, processionals, final vendor communications, rentals management, run your rehearsal and of course on the Big Day we are onsite to work with your vendors, handle decor set-up & clean up at the end of the night along with timeline management & guest relations.

Initial meeting discuss the vision for your wedding, create your timeline, offer vender referrals & advice. Includes 3 meetings, rentals management, create layouts & processional! Then you continue on your planning and know that we are always here for a quick email/advice. 1-2 months before your wedding we step in for final communications with your vendors, run rehearsal & then the Big Day we work with vendors, handle decor, timeline and guests.

This would be a stand alone design & styling service that includes 20 hours of my time. We would work together to create your vision of your wedding. This would include colors, linens, florals, specialty rentals, tabletop, decor and paperie. I will give you vendor referrals to complete the design aspects. The 20 hours would be used in combination of client meetings and research on my own to prepare.
