With our not-so-secret love of spreadsheets, we will plan and organize every detail of your celebration. We will work with you to curate your vendor team, create a timeline, floor plan, rental order, scheduling and attending meetings as needed, and handling any other necessary arrangements. Our team will oversee set up big day, guiding you and your bridal party through the flow of activities while you soak in the moments and enjoy the experience.

This package is designed for couples and their families who want an active, hands-on role in the planning process with our professional guidance, resources, and support. Our team will help navigate details with your vendors and offer recommendations regarding any missing elements. We will assist creating your timeline and design plan, and set up your personal decor, manage your vendors, and lead you and your guests through the big day.
