At Amethyst Event Productions, we provide heartfelt and modern wedding planning for couples creating their own traditions. Our events are produced with the intention that each and every affair we’re involved with is authentic, stylish, and fun. Allow me to use my creativity and decade long-experience in the industry to guide you to your big day. We're here to do all the heavy lifting so you can relax and just enjoy the process (with a great drink in hand!

Over ten years ago, I started working in hospitality, learning the ins-and-outs of providing a high level of service while simultaneously learning the art of working in overdrive. My events background has helped me become the hyper-organized, creative, responsive, and stay-cool-under-pressure girl that I am today. I am a firm believer that our work should fuel our passions and creativity which is why I love weddings. I get to create meaningful events that bring my clients’ personalities out through inspired and intentional design. Your wedding should be heartfelt and fun, because who doesn’t love a good party?!

    Stop what you’re doing and hire Jessica for your wedding! She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She made sure we had all of our final preparations finished on a timely schedule and she attended our final meeting with the venue to make sure everything was perfect. The timeline she created for the day was amazing, and she truly made the big day go as smooth as possible. Another great perk was the use of her wedding decoration/reception inventory. It was incredibly helpful (not to mention cost effective) to use things like picture frames, votive candles, etc instead of having to buy them. Not only did I love her, but both my family and my husband’s family had nothing but amazing things to say about working with and interacting with her during the wedding. We can’t thank Jessica and her team enough!

    We started working with Jessica about 14 months before our big day and were immediately blown away by how organized, professional and kind she was. Those traits remained in place throughout months of indecisiveness (me), general stress (also me) and last minute issues that required quick thinking (our venue). With Jessica's help and guidance we were able to throw the wedding of our dreams and have received endless complements about how seamless the evening flowed. Jessica was a huge asset to us during the whole process and we are forever grateful for her patience and support! Wedding planning is HARD but Jessica made it painless and you will not regret having her on your team!

    Jessica is one of the most impressive people I've ever worked with, whether it be in my profession or through wedding planning. She was so supportive in translating our ideas to our vendors, giving us thorough guidelines and to-do lists, and pushing back on any unreasonable requests or incompetent service from vendors. We were able to turn to her for anything - from whether our table linens looked good with our napkins to vendor gratuity rates - and she would often offer further support for our original ask, taking initiative to go above and beyond. Throughout the wedding process, I found many vendors and services to be overpriced and overrated, but Jessica and her team were a clear exception.

    We had THE BEST experience working with Jessica from Amethyst Event Productions! During the whole wedding process, Jessica made us feel so at ease about all the tasks leading up to our wedding. Right from the start, Jessica was friendly, helpful, and professional! Jessica was amazing about checking in and making sure we were always on track in our planning. Her communication was AMAZING! She always responded promptly to any questions we had and was always proactive about reaching out to us when deadlines were approaching. It felt like we were always a priority and that Jessica was fully invested in helping us have an amazing wedding day. Jessica helped us communicate with our vendors. She not only coordinated vendor load in and strike, but she also read over the language of all of our vendor contracts prior to signing and helped get all of our certificates of insurance. I truly felt like I never had to worry throughout our wedding planning! Jessica was always there to support, problem-solve, and offer sage advice. She truly helped us bring our wedding vision to life and always had our backs! On the day of the wedding, Jessica was the perfect balance of being calm and cool but also really knew how to get things done! At the end of the night, she made sure all of our items were packed away and made it home with us. Jessica is a gem!
