Chelsea and her team are beyond incredible; I cannot sing their praises enough!! They brought our dream wedding to life in the most beautiful way and made sure it went off without a hitch. From the first moment we started working with them, they were on top of everything, making sure every tiny detail was taken care of. They are so organized and detail oriented and that allowed my husband and I to truly be present and enjoy our big day without having to worry about a thing, which was truly the best wedding gift we could have received. I highly recommend Lucky Day Events Co.!

Sabrina and Chelsea were a pleasure to work with since our very first call! After our intro call where we described our dream wedding, they gave us a list of recommended venues that was an immense help in our venue search. This was before we signed with them which I thought was very kind for them to do! They were very positive, friendly and patient with our many questions. We ended up doing the wedding management and tabletop design package. We worked closely with Sabrina throughout the planning and she is amazing! Always calm and reassuring that we were on track with planning. The team is super organized and also gave us planning tools like a checklist and budget tracker. Communication was always easy and I asked for monthly calls which helped a lot. The design process was fun and Sabrina was able to create our design plan based on our Pinterest board, as well as recommend vendors that fit our aesthetic. She even helped make our table signage! The day of went perfectly as planned and was absolutely beautiful! We were able to just show up without a worry! Our bridal party was also able to just enjoy the day since Lucky Day was handling everything. Sabrina and her assistant checked in with us throughout the wedding day and helped with my dress, shoes, and even had to go on the beach with us for photos. They set up all our extra decor and neatly packed everything at the end of the night so we didn’t forget anything. We had last minute changes to our schedule the week of and Sabrina was able to manage all our requests. We had our dream wedding come true and would highly recommend Lucky Day!

I knew I wanted a month of coordinator to help with our big day when we started plannning, but Chelsea ended up being SO much more than that. From our first phone call Chelsea understood what we were going for and we clicked immediately. Chelsea was able to help me tie up all of my loose ends on planning when we started working together. She also had an AMAZING eye when it came to my table top design. She was able to help put all of my scattered brained ideas and visions together to really bring the vibe we wanted on wedding day. Our wedding day was completely stress free because of her. My husband and I quite literally didn't have to worry or think about anything that day. We were able to be completely in the moment thanks to Chelsea and her team. I truly cannot write enough good thinks about her and cannot thank her enough for everything that she did for us. If you are looking for a coordinator, Chelsea is your girl!

My wedding day was easily the best day of my life, and Lucky Day played such an important role in making that happen! One of our goals for the day was to ensure we had all of the help we needed so that my husband and I could enjoy the whole day and not stress about vendors and venue set-up/tear-down. Leading up to the event, we had regular monthly email check-ins and there was plenty of documentation for checklists, decor, recommended vendors, and even a tipping guide. Chelsea is also very responsive and she is willing to tag up if there are any questions or if there is anything you want her to review. Any issues that came up on our wedding day, I knew little about just because Chelsea is such a great problem solver and understood how important it was for my husband and I to savor the day! Chelsea went above and beyond to bring our vision to fruition. She is honest, genuine, and caring towards both clients and vendors. If I ever had the chance to work with Chelsea again, I would seize it in a heartbeat. Perhaps a bow renewal? The bottom line is, it was worth every single penny we spent to have Chelsea on our team!

Think of a wedding planner as your go-to bestie who has your back throughout the entire process. The venue coordinator is responsible for managing the venue details day-of. They should be unlocking the doors, turning on the lights, making sure the venue is clean and stocked. As planners, we do so much more from the moment you book until the wedding day. We take on all vendor communication with your all-star team and distribute the timeline, layouts, and all further details between vendors. Think of us as your eyes and ears on the ground all day long behind the scenes so you (and mom!) don’t have to worry about a thing.

For each of our packages, you will have the lead planner + an assistant. If your ceremony and reception are in two different places OR if your guest count is over 150 people, we will add on more assistants as needed at a flat rate price.

Not at all! We love helping guide you through the venue search process. Our Full Planning package includes customized venue lists and we will reach out to each one you’re interested in to make sure it fits within your budget and get tours set up! If you’re booking our Wedding Management or Design + Coordination packages, we will still help you by giving you advice for budgeting and sending over venue lists to get you started on your search. We’re here for you every step of the way!

Yes! Our liability insurance policy covers us anywhere we travel and we can provide copies of it for your venue. Bonus! We will request insurance certificates from each of your vendors and send them directly to your venue so you don’t even have to think about it.

While Lucky Day Events Co. started in Southern California in 2015, it expanded to North Carolina in 2018 when Chelsea moved for love! We are still headquartered in both states and serve all of North Carolina and all of Southern California. That said, we love to travel and explore new places! We’ve done weddings in Northern California, Charleston, SC, Savannah, GA, Wyoming and Sedona, AZ! We love to add fun new cities to our list! We will custom quote the travel based on hotel stay and gas or airline fees to make sure you’re getting the lowest possible rate.

Great question! Our Design + Coordination and Full Planning packages are where we really get hands on in the wedding designs. We start with a Style Quiz to get to know more details about you two as a couple. We then create a custom moodboard, followed by an intricate design plan. This design comes to life at the mockup meeting with your rentals and florist. We work alongside you to bring your wedding dreams to life. Our Wedding Management package has the option for a tabletop design add-on, but we can provide general design direction for any package!
