Catering Sales Manager
Gus's BBQ has been a barbecue staple in South Pasadena since 1946. It started as a family owned business with Gus and his two brothers and is still family owned today by two brothers, Chris and John Bicos. We take great pride in the friendliness of our staff and that mouthwatering barbecue that we server. We aim to bring a touch of Southern Hospitality to any gathering!
We provide true southern hospitality from the start of placing your order to serving your order to the end of serving your meal. For all onsite full service events, we provide a catering captain that is assigned as your point of contact throughout the day. They will assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Yes, our event minimum for on-site full service catering is 100 guests. For Delivery, we require a $500 minimum order.
Yes, we charge a $30 delivery fee within 5 miles of our restaurants. We charge an additional $4 per mile for every mile over 5 miles.
We require at least 2 weeks to 6 months notice for all on-site full service events.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest at whichever of our locations is most convenient for you.
