Life Raft Treats was founded by Cynthia Wong, a five-time James Beard Foundation Award semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef. Based on a passion for ice cream and an abiding belief in the power of laughter, Life Raft Treats celebrates the ice cream goodies of yesteryear by reinventing them with humor, outstanding local products, and artisan techniques.

Life Raft Treats focuses on fun, inventive, and custom treats for the special day. We strive to make couples' dreams come true with fun handheld treats. From custom "Seafood towers", "Footlong sub-sandwiches", and "Fruit Platters" all made out of artisan ice cream and sorbets, Life Raft Treats has the capability to customize any treat couples want for their wedding.

    Having Not Fried Chicken as a dessert at our wedding made for the most fun addition to the menu. People who were unfamiliar with the sweet treat were so taken aback at the fact that it's a) ice cream and b) SO delicious! The Liferaft Treats team was a pleasure to work with and we can't wait to have the NFC at every event moving forward!
