A South Carolina bakery specializing in Charleston wedding cakes and desserts for special occasions. For me, it's a personal business. In order to design a cake, I have to get to know my clients. I realize they are trusting me with a huge part of their very special day. I really strive to meet or exceed expectations and transform visions into reality.

My professional training began in culinary school at the United States Navy. I have continued my education by attending classes by some of the most well known cake artists including Marina Sousa and Joshua John Russell. As a member of the International Cake Exploration Society, I continue to meet and exchange tricks of the trade with cake artists from around the world.
