My wedding is inside, do you have another option other than the renovated horse trailer?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a satellite bar that we can use for indoor spaces or as a secondary bar if your event is large or spread out.

Is it full service or can we provide the alcohol?

Both! I can pull a temporary liquor license for your event be an all inclusive bar or if you’d like to supply the alcohol and hire my team to bartend to bring the rig, insurance etc, that can be done too.

How much does it cost?

Every event is so different! Some people only want beer and wine and they want to purchase it themselves. In this scenario, they would like the aesthetic of the rig at their wedding, they need licensed bartenders with insurance, and would like to use our keg system with co2, cups, napkins etc- This starts at $1000 and goes up when more bartenders are needed. Other couples want us to handle everything. The liquor license, bartenders, the planning, cocktail design, beer on tap, fresh cocktails and mocktails where we purchase the liquor, fruit, gourmet garnishes, cups, ice etc, and this is around $35/head with options for add ons.

We love what we do and take pride in our work. We care about your event and want to ensure everyone has a great time, while being safe and making lasting memories. Our drinks use high quality ingredients and have stunning presentation, our staff is charismatic and talented without being pretentious, and we get really creative with are non-alcoholic drinks as well!

When should we book?

We have weddings booked over a year in advance. We also have couples that contact us 2-5 months before their wedding. As long as the date is still available, you can book on your own timeline.

What is the first step?

The first step is to fill out the inquiry form. I will then call you to get to know you a little bit better and discuss all of the details of your event so I can give you an accurate quote. If the quote sounds good to you and you’d like to move forward, I will then send you a contract to look over and sign. In order to secure your date and get you on our books, a 50% retainer is required. You have seven days from signing the contract to complete the deposit request. After you have paid the deposit, we are working together! And I always welcome conversation and any questions you may have throughout the process via text or email.
