Our one-of-a-kind, beautifully converted horse trailer features hand-crafted cocktails, mocktails, local wines, ciders, and beer on tap. Based in Portland, the Traveling Tavern is a bar inside a trailer that comes to your wedding or event and ensures the drinks keep flowing. We focus on garden to glass style cocktails with local herbs, flowers and our citrus is always freshly juiced. From weddings, bachelorette parties, engagement parties, and showers- we've got you covered! This is a very customizable service, and an exact quote can be given once I know more about your event size, amount of people and types of drinks and services needed.

I started Proof Mobile Mixology last September when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste.
