TihsreeD (Tiz-reed) Lodge is wedding venue, family reunion site and a corporate retreat venue. We accommodate family destination weddings, couples on a weekend get-a-ways, reunions, and companies holding business events. The property has many features you are sure to enjoy: sleeping arrangements for 40+ guests, walking trails, barn gathering and event area, wildlife, hot tubs, fireplaces, tee box and more. Each element of the property can be rented individually or the entire complex can be rented. Currently there are four elements: The Lodge, The Cabin, The Apartment and The Reception Barn. 1 C Barn is an elegantly rustic custom home/retreat surrounded by 15 acres of land in picturesque Colorado. With timbers sourced out of the Black Forest burn, siding from the original land homesteader, and beetle kill pine throughout the interior, it holds a refined country barn ambiance. 1 C Barn has been specifically designed for intimate, simple, and fun gatherings up to 65 people (maximum capacity)

K-Bar Ranch is a privately owned hobby farm situated on over 20 acres near Guffey, CO. With expansive views of Pikes Peak and surrounded by McIntyre, Castle and Witcher Mountains, there are breathtaking views in every direction. We are a brand new venue specializing in elopements and micro-weddings. We own and operate a mobile bar business and have multiple boutique bar options to choose from if you book your wedding with us! We offer site only pricing for your ceremony or more inclusive pricing for ceremony, reception, catering, bar services and even our adorable mini donkeys as beverage burros for your wedding! We have the perfect hillside for your vows and a beautiful reception site that can accommodate up to a 40'x60' tent. Evergreen Lake House is a beautiful rustic log cabin perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsals. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and overlooking the beautiful Evergreen Lake, this 5,000-square-foot lodge integrates the charm of an intimate celebration into a warm ballroom-like spaciousness. The Great Room, which seats up to 200 people, is fitted with a large stone fireplace and several floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide easy access to the spectacular view beyond. The smaller Octagon Room has seven windowed sides– so no matter where you are inside, the scenic outdoors are never hidden from view! For outdoor ceremonies, the deck seats up to 100 people (with additional standing room). The deck features log railings and a flagstone step down to the grassy lawn. We host weddings year-round: enjoy the warmth of late-July sunsets, the abundance of golden aspens in September, or the fairytale snowfalls in January at Evergreen Lake.
