Where do we even start? We just returned from our honeymoon and are still reveling in the most magical wedding weekend we could have ever had. It’s all thanks to Meesha at The Wilburton Inn. From the moment we came for our initial tour, Meesha was all you could want out of a wedding planner, as well as a friend who is thoughtful, kind, smart, and more than a joy to be around. She helped with every single aspect of our planning, and we trusted here word entirely — we couldn’t have been more happy with working with her! As to the venue, there is simply no better place to have a wedding. For context, my husband and I have big families. A lot of our family members were coming in from out of town and out of the country, so our priority was to have a wedding weekend where people could be together for more than one night. This is exactly what we got with the Wilburton. Our guests were able to play tennis, go hiking, go swimming, explore Manchester and, most of all, be together in the days leading up to the actual wedding. We reserved almost all of the houses on the property for guests to stay in, which created a laidback atmosphere as most people didn’t have to worry about driving back and forth or leaving at any point. As for the wedding night, it was pure magic. The food was perfect, the service was perfect, the weather (luckily) was also perfect, which was just the cherry on top. You cannot beat the people, the venue, and THE VIEWS!!! We wish we could do it all over again, but we are looking forward to visiting The Wilburton again for many, many years to come.

The Barns at Edgemont Inn was the perfect rustic and cozy setting for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure our special day ran smoothly. One of the bartenders even stepped up as an informal day-of coordinator, staying by our side throughout the event to handle any last-minute needs. The inclusive atmosphere allowed all of our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. During the planning process they provided multiple options for table arrangements, arbor options and arbor placements, as well as options for dinnerware, glassware and silverware! Our group of country boys were pleased with their yard games and were playing corn hole all day! We were thrilled with the exceptional service and value provided by The Barns at Edgemont Inn, and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a charming, stress-free wedding experience.

If there were any glitches on the day of the wedding, my husband, family and I didn't notice them, as the team executed everything flawlessly. The food was outstanding, and our guests are still raving. The people who work at The Hermitage Inn are so friendly and detail-oriented - we would choose this venue again in a heartbeat. In fact, all of our family and friends are still reaching out saying how much fun they had at our wedding and calling it the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The planner Gina is exceptional. Her responsiveness and experience allowed her to be on top of every detail. I had some pre-wedding vendor glitches and she was supportive and offered solutions which all turned out well. Gina and her assistant were extremely responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire planning process. Special shout out to our favorite bartender Amanda and server Kristen - we love you! The custom drinks are outstanding and the options for gourmet dishes that change seasonally are amazing and allowed us to build a beautiful menu for both the wedding and rehearsal dinner in the wine cellar. My wife and I were meant to get married in 2020 in Wales, but the pandemic squashed our plans, years in the making. We were devastated. It was quickly made clear that an international wedding was out of the question for the foreseeable future, so we redirected our search closer to home. After a few months of truly disheartening searching, we were directed towards Scott Farm. Really as soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were in love. It is nestled inside of rolling hills and the land is covered in beautiful orchards and picturesque white buildings. It was like a scene out of a movie--and it really was, as Good Will Hunting was filmed there! The process of planning the wedding with the staff at Scott Farm was truly seamless. Simon was kind, patient, and helpful, leading us through all the specifications and details of the site, and making himself available if we ever had any questions or concerns. And Jaja was a rock star--she went above and beyond in every aspect of her duties, especially on the wedding day. Without her calm and confident presence, trouble shooting problems and reassuring an anxious bride and groom, the day would not have gone so perfectly. I can't say enough about how supportive, pleasant, and wonderful everyone is at Scott Farm. If you are planning a wedding or an event of any kind, do it at Scott Farm!

The West Mountain Inn was originally built as a farmhouse in 1809. From 1880 to 1920, first a gristmill and then a lumber mill were operated on the Battenkill River at the foot of the mountain. In 1904 Ned and Gwendolyn Rochester purchased the 150 acre farm and began to transform it into an elegant summer estate. After a succession of other residents the estate later became an arts and retreat center.

Having our wedding at the West Mountain Inn was the best decision we could have made! Not only is it gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains, beautiful flowers, and unique rooms for each of our guests, but Amie (the inn's owner and wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. She was so knowledgable and always answered all of my many questions immediately. The food from the entire weekend was also spectacular and we had many compliments on it all weekend! Each and every staff member from the inn welcomed our family and friends as though they were their own and made my husband and I feel so special and cared for the entire weekend. Thank you to everyone from the West Mountain Inn for making our wedding weekend the best of our lives! We highly recommend this location as a venue and will be returning every year for our anniversary!

Carmine and Theresa at Hildene, The Lincoln Family Home, were responsive and attentive throughout the entire planning process. They were always willing to show us around the property when we stopped by for a visit, which helped us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to host our wedding there. The venue itself was simply stunning - Lincoln Hall is a wonderful addition that provided an unforgettable backdrop for our special day, even when we had to move the ceremony indoors due to rain. Carmine was our rock through the planning process, and his professionalism allowed us to forgo a planner or coordinator, as we knew he had everything covered. The team pivoted flawlessly when we had to move the event inside, ensuring our wedding day was nothing short of beautiful and memorable.

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience hosting our wedding at The Curtis House by Gloriosa & Co. My husband and I got married a couple of weeks ago (September 2024) and our wedding was truly one the happiest, best days of our lives thanks to the love and personalization that Gloria and Emma put into planning and executing our day. We were drawn to so many things about the venue, including the charming setting of Ashfield, the rustic but modernized aesthetic of the barn, the beautiful gardens and greenhouse, and the house being an available space to get ready. We were also drawn to the convenience and uniqueness of being able to provide our floral arrangements from Gloria’s greenhouse and gardens on-site, and having all of the food and beverages taken care of through the venue’s catering and bar team. But what made us decide to book this venue for our special day was the attention that Gloria and Emma give each couple. This venue is not your typical wedding factory that puts on weddings multiple times a week, every week of the year; Gloria and Emma host between 12-15 weddings per year and consequently each couple they work with gets full access to the venue the weekend of their wedding and so much guidance during the planning process. We were able to cultivate a vegetarian menu consisting of so many of our favorite foods plus a number of signature dishes of the venue, such as a butternut squash galette that was a crowd favorite. Sustainability is also incredibly important to us as a couple, and Gloria and Emma are committed to sourcing only local, seasonal ingredients for the food and florals and minimizing waste, which meant so much to us. In terms of decor and furnishings, the venue has so much available for couples to use, such as tables, chairs, ceremony benches, several wedding arches to choose from, displays for food or guest favors, tableware, candles, string lights, and more. We did not have to rent or coordinate anything other than the few DIY projects we made, which Gloria and Emma effortlessly integrated into the set up for us. Being able to take care of practically everything through Gloria and Emma made planning so much simpler. On the wedding day, Gloria, Emma, and their team handled the venue set up in a few hours, which happened like a choreographed dance that required practically no work from us or our wedding parties other than providing input and approval along the way. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were able to be fully present. After our ceremony, my husband and I returned to the house, where Gloria had set up champagne and a spread of our hors d'oeuvres for us to enjoy over a few minutes of privacy, which is something she had recommended we do as we took in the moment together. Our guests have had nothing but positive things to say about our wedding and it was clear the day of how much fun everyone had. We have received so many compliments about how beautiful and authentic the venue was, how exquisite Gloria’s floral arrangements were, how delicious all of the food was (even the heavy meat-eaters loved the vegetarian menu), and how this will be a wedding they will always remember. Gloria made us feel like part of her family and we were so happy to be able to support her business. We truly could not have asked for a more memorable, personalized, loving, and beautiful wedding, and hope that many other couples have the pleasure of getting married at this special place.

We had an absolutely perfect day at Cricket Creek. We hosted our ceremony up in the pasture and our cocktail hour down and around the barn. The possibilities were endless and we were able to shape the space and use it exactly how we wanted. Working with Jessi made that easy because she was always there to give us advice and make sure all our bases were covered and we weren’t missing anything important. We decided to go to an indoor location for our reception because we knew it would get cold at night in late October, but if we were there at a warmer time, the Barn would also be an amazing spot for a reception. Elmartin Farm derives its name from the initials and last name of Everett Lawrence Martin, Sr, father to Everett Lawrence Martin Jr., known as "Gus," who with his wife, Dodi are the current owners of the farm. Presently, sons, Kim and Shawn, operate and manage the farm. They are the 8th generation of ancestral Martins who began farming in Cheshire, MA in 1790. By the late 1950s, Elmartin Farm had become a major dairy farm in the Northern Berkshire County. Its herd grew to 80 milkers and 80 head of youngstock. Together, the herd filled the new barn which had been completed in 1952. The barn, with the addition of a milking parlor, remains the focal point of Elmartin Farm.

We recently held our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at Calcuttas. We had the rehearsal dinner in the gold room with about 50 guests and the Welcome drinks for our guests in the barn which was about 130 people! Everything was fantastic. The gold room and barn have a rustic charm and the views of the golf course are beautiful. The wooden beams, twinkling string lights, and expansive outdoor space created a warm, inviting atmosphere perfect for celebrating with family and friends. The staff was incredibly accommodating, helping us with everything from setting up! We had a great time and highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I got married at the Northampton Country Club in the fall of 2023. We had 110 people and everyone loved the crisp clean atmosphere of the venue. People had plenty of space to move about and we had a good size dance floor as well! My mother in-law was the one who made the suggestion to get married here as she had attended a wedding the previous year and loved it. We chose to have our ceremony outside on the hill in front of the gazebo and the setting was perfect. The trees had almost fully turned and the backdrop looked amazing in our photos. I loved that I could choose from a list of vendors and not be pressured into a preferred caterer. There was a shuttle from our hotel, which made this location very accessible for out of town guests. I highly recommend this location, you get so much value for what they offer. The bar staff was very accommodating and made the night fun for our guests!

Being a DIY bride, the Ruins at Sassafrass provided the enchanting backdrop to bring my Pinterest board dreams to life. The rustic charm and natural beauty of the venue complemented my vision perfectly, creating a magical setting for our special day. The flexibility of the space allowed me to add personal touches, turning it into a unique and unforgettable experience. Even in late October the landscape of the mountains in the distance were breathtaking; our guests are still talking about how mesmerizing the views were. What makes our wedding story even more special is that we chose The Ruins before it was even finished. It was a leap of faith based on the vision and promises from Carol, the owner. When we did our initial tour, the venue was still in its beginning stages of completion; even then we were captivated by the potential and the unique charm it promised. What sealed the deal for us, however, was Carol's infectious enthusiasm, passion, and stylistic eye. Her vision and commitment assured us that the venue would be the perfect location for our special day, and it absolutely was! Being part of the journey from the early stages allowed us to witness the Ruins’ transformation, and it added an extra layer of excitement to our wedding planning. Despite the venue's newness and the inevitable growing pains, Carol, Lara (the on site coordinator), Jerome (Carol’s partner in life and business), and the rest of the team made sure our decision to trust them from the beginning was more than worthwhile. Being a newer venue, Carol and the team were still in the process of ironing out a few kinks. Despite some last minute hiccups, what truly stood out was Carol, Jerome, and Lara’s commitment to addressing these challenges in real-time. Their proactive approach and dedication to ensuring our day was perfect more than made up for any set backs in the planning process. This was a HUGE relief when planning such a momentous event. On our actual wedding day, when challenges arose with our day-of coordinator (that we hired separately and was not affiliated with The Ruins), Lara stepped in as our saving grace. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and unforgettable celebration. Her ability to coordinate with our vendors and recalibrate the timeline on the spot showcased her experience and dedication. Without Lara's intervention, the day could have taken a different turn, and we are immensely grateful for her expertise and her willingness to step up and save the day. Her creative touch also helped transform the venue into a dreamlike setting, exceeding our expectations. Lara's dedication and experience truly showcased the exceptional team at The Ruins at Sassafrass, if you get the chance you should ABSOLUTELY hire Lara to help plan your event. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. We had an exceptional experience with The Delany House for our wedding! The Delany House was one of the first choices on our list, however we weren't sure we could make it work after Covid hit, and then we had several other circumstances that took us away from planning for a while. Then in August of 2022, we decided to make an appointment with Nicole at the Delany House because through all of our searching, we kept coming back to this beautiful place as our #1. Nicole was a wonderful coordinator and listened to all of our needs and concerns, as we had a very small amount of people and weren't sure if family would make it from different parts of the country. She was always communicating with us and made sure we had everything we needed to plan our special day, and in a short time frame as well because we married on May 12th 2023, less than a year from when we started planning! Nicole is a rock star! When we finally checked in, and got ready for our rehearsal dinner, we had one last meeting with Nicole and she took care of everything for us. The day of our wedding we had a legit TEAM of people helping us with everything we needed, from timing, to communicating with vendors, to our own waiter for the day bringing us diet cokes while we all got ready and later was right by our side with drinks through the night!- (Thanks Josiah!) The staff made sure we had everyone where they needed to be at the right time, and as the night went on they checked on us and made our guests feel so comfortable. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! All of our guests kept raving about how delicious everything was. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to get married and celebrate. We recommend The Delany House to anyone who we know that is getting married and wants a great place at a great price and wonderful staff! We can't wait to celebrate our one year anniversary there and see everyone again!
