My name is Jozay and I'm the owner of Basilico Boards Charcuterie & Catering. I'm a wife, mama & multi-business owner; Pennsylvania born and raised! Basilico Boards was created out of my love for food, my years of experience in the industry, including owning a pizzeria alongside my husband for five years, and wanting to connect & serve people throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Award-wining Chef Alain Lemaire is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he first discovered his interest in cooking. That interest in food grew out of the need to feed himself what he wanted, and when he wanted it by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen, to full blown passion by the time he graduated. Chef Lemaire has featured on several TV shows: he was the host chef of the “Taste of Haiti” episode of the "Luda Can't Cook" series on Discovery+ with award winning rapper, actor, restauranteur Chris "Ludacris" Bridges. He is also a contestant of the Food Network's hit series, Fire Masters, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Chopped.

LadyFingers is a boutique caterer, providing couples with a unique, customized experience. We feature personal service and food that is meticulously prepared by hand from local ingredients. Before the big day, we offer showers (brunches, luncheons, tea parties) and rehearsal dinners. On wedding day, we offer cocktail receptions including hors d’oeuvres, appetizers and food stations. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
