Nestled in the historic Seaboard Railroad Station in downtown Raleigh, TRAINE is a premier event venue to host weddings and special events. Built in the early 1900’s as the original Railway Express operation in Raleigh; this building features original brick walls, wood timber beams and is surrounded by historic charm in a neighborhood next to William Peace University. The Pavilion is a warm and rustic-inspired clubhouse house nestled in the rolling hills of the Pinehills community of Plymouth, Massachusetts. This a working family-owned farm. All of the wooden structures have been built with wood off this land. We also have a pick-your-own blueberry operation in June and July. We currently have an country setting venue just miles from downtown Raleigh.

The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Ardenwood Farm is a horse farm and wedding destination located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Nestled in rolling hills with views of verdant forests and landscaping, this scenic and romantic location features a variety of picturesque event spaces that include the horse barn, covered arena and old oak tree. This working horse farm and private property offers a variety of indoor, covered and outdoor event spaces for weddings and receptions. Wedding ceremonies can be held in the the courtyard of the horse barn, under the old oak tree, or in the covered arena. Receptions can be held in the indoor banquet hall and large covered wedding pavilion arena with an outdoor patio and pergola with the backdrop of a 47 acre horse farm with rolling pasture land and forests. Down a gravel road, surrounded by lush fields is a sweet & elegant, unique, farm venue. With a pond & a goose or two, we can make your event amazing! Doug and Cindy Carroll opened the venue in 2005 with the first wedding being held in 2006. Doug’s grandson, Paul, now takes care of the property and his wife Monica handles the day to day operations and even coordinates some of the weddings. Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. Today, there is an unexpected immersive experience that brings history, nature and modern elegance together in total privacy.
