For people like us who were very intimidated by the planning process of a wedding her planning spreadsheet and phone-calls/video calls to discuss walk throughs of the day were incredibly helpful. Susan was timely on the day of our wedding and very prompt with responses throughout with us. Her experience as a DJ was clear to us, but we were also very pleased with her abilities as an MC.
