The WACO Aircraft Company was the largest manufacturer of civil aircraft in the 1920's and 30's. We also designed and built the CG4A Glider used in WW II. We have 10 aircraft and memorabilia on display. Depending on the time of year, you could also schedule an open cockpit biplane ride!

“I highly recommend renting this facility. The rental fee and the space are unmatched. It is my favorite go to when I plan any event that I will have more than 20. The hanger or barn were perfect graduation, Christmas, birthday parties or showers/weddings. Open the hanger doors and we had the outside, but were sheltered from the rain. Plenty of paved parking so no mud or snow. Formal or casual, large group or smaller, nice weather or inclement it has proven the perfect space for many of our events and definitely allowed me to think outside the box when I plan.”

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

“My Husband and I got married in September of 2019, we did not want a big wedding, just a intimate ceremony, just us. The Willow Tree let us us their venue on a Thursday afternoon for a few hours. We had a quick, yet beautiful ceremony, and took a few pictures. So simple yet beautiful. We got married right under their willow tree which created a beautiful backdrop! We are so thankful they worked with us on our "non traditional, elopement style" wedding.”
