Our story was a little crazy. We were set to get married on May 16, 2020. When spring break came and things started to worsen with COVID-19 we decided to move up the date to March because we were nervous about the unknown. We contacted LeAnn less than a week before we had our wedding. She did everything she could to make it the most absolutely perfect day ever. This is the perfect venue from a small to medium guest list and ideal for baby or wedding showers! I can’t say enough great things about the venue and owners!

Our wedding was truly the most magical day! Barnett Estates was one of the first and only venues we toured because we absolutely fell in love. Weddings can be extremely expensive and we were worried about finding a beautiful venue that was in our budget. For the price point you get access to SO many different decorations that most venues don’t offer. Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. After booking with them a lot of the stress is immediately taken away as they help you through every step of the way and are quick to respond if you reach out with any questions or concerns. We ended up booking with a lot of the vendors that they recommended and I’m so happy we did! The DJ was AMAZINGLY upbeat and kept the party going all night. The food they offered was delicious and we received so many compliments on it! The cake that we got through their bakery was delicious and they were super accommodating to allergies by offering a gluten free cake as well. The sparklers and fireworks we got for our grand entrance made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The photographer they recommended didn’t miss a single moment and the photos ended up turning out beautiful. The day of the wedding we did have a small hiccup that caused our grand entrance time to be delayed but they were quick to get it sorted with minimal disruption. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and everything came together perfectly. Weeks later we still have friends and family telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a lot of that is thanks to Barnett Estates. Overall we could not recommend Barnett Estates enough. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Working with Madison as my wedding planner at the Monroe Pearson was an absolute dream come true! She was always available to answer any questions, to meet at the venue when I needed to, and went above and beyond to make our special day totally unforgettable. Shepherd Run Estate Helped deliver everything We wanted for our Wedding. The Coordinator helped take care of everything so we didn't have to worry about anything except walking down the aisle. We didn't have a big budget and they worked with us. We had plenty of time without feeling rushed. They helped set everything up and made sure the caterer and cakes got set up with no problems. I couldn't have been more thankful for Everything they did. The Venue had great places to take Pictures and the Bridal Suite was much bigger than we thought! Knotting Hill Place has the perfect indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. So many couples love the idea of a beautiful outdoor wedding but what happens if the Texas weather does not cooperate? At KHP we have a 10000 sq. ft. synthetic grass event lawn for the outdoor events and a 300 person dome ceiling cathedral if you would like to move indoors to say I do. Our venue was perfectly designed for weddings. It is all about flow and the guest being able to move from space to space easily and be served quickly so that they all may enjoy their special night. Our bride and grooms suites are the best in Texas. They are large and designed with bridal parties in mind. Complete with a TV screen that can watch the cameras of the rest of the venue, private lockers for the bridesmaids personal items, great lighting and salon style chairs and so on. Let's not forget both bridal and grooms suite have built in blue tooth!

I've had the pleasure of working a few dozen weddings at Knotting Hill Place over the past few years, and this place has truly felt like a home away from home, with each wedding bringing a new experience and ending with big sweaty hugs from another ecstatic couple. Unlike many venues which are just a shell for investors to churn & burn as many weddings as possible, KHP is a family run operation where the owners take a great deal of pride in helping their coupes create magical events. The venue is kept in pristine condition and updates are always made as needed. The close-knit office staff works together very closely and is intimately familiar with not only the couples they work with, but those others are working with as well. Their vendor list is very selective an they will only recommend top notch professionals, and they assure that every couple works with professional planners to assure event days run as smoothly as possible. As a creative, one thing that I really love about KHP is how they give us all the freedom to do our best work. While it may sound obvious, many venues limit what creatives are allowed to do in their space, ultimately hindering the artists abilities to create the best experiences possible. KHP works with all of their vendors to make these things possible, and I have no doubt that this has hugely contributed to their success. I'm looking forward to many more events inside these walls- and in the back of that beautiful property too!

Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

My wife and I got married here a couple of years ago and it was such great time. The venue is well maintained and staff so friendly. I couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else.

An affordable price, a beautiful space, food service included so we didn't have to hunt for a caterer or worry about coordinating, and the incredible human that is Sarah. Sarah was quick to respond with helpful answers, provided great suggestions for everything, and allowed us to visit the venue multiple times before the wedding to figure out decorations. Sarah took care of setting everything up and cleaning it at the end, relieving our families from any added stress or work. Everything flowed smoothly, the venue stayed wonderfully cool during a hot Texas summer day, and everyone raved about the food. They even worked with us to have a custom menu because we wanted breakfast for dinner. I cannot recommend this space enough - the team beyond compare and the venue is gorgeous.
