The Hillside Estate is a French inspired luxury wedding venue that offers a personalized experience for those who want to celebrate the special times in their lives in the most fabulous way. The venue provides a white glove experience from start to finish that is offered from the grounds, to the items included in the rental, to the world class service. The 17,000 square foot estate is located on 16 acres that is nestled among rolling hills with scenic views of the valley and lake. The location is easily accessible, yet hidden for seclusion and privacy. There are plenty of venues in the Dallas Fort Worth area, but The Hillside Estate combines a beautiful, unique space with a top-notch experience.

Their exclusive bar company and catering partners understand and execute the exact same level of service, no ice cube or fork out of place.. ever. Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, as well as wheelchair accessible restrooms.

Our rental fee includes a 12 hour rental, a 2 hour Bridal Portrait session, a 1 hour rehearsal, tables, and chairs.

Your rental includes 12 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Event time includes a 5 hour event, extended up to 6 hours upon request.

We require a minimum liability policy for event day insurance, as well as all vendors having standard business insurance.

Yes, our private parking lot includes 156 spaces, including 4 additional Handicap accessible spots.

We do not allow outside alcohol. All alcohol, beverages, and their staff must go through our in-house bar provider.

We do not allow outside catering. Our exclusive caterers are your choice of Blue Fire or Vestals. They can both fully accommodate dietary and religious dietary restrictions as well as a variety of cultural cuisines.

We do not provide a day-of coordinator, and you must hire at least day-of coordination services from our approved planners list. Our list includes a wide variety of planners with different packages and price points from day-of to full design.

We provide a Venue Concierge to be present during your entire event. They will handle any needs directly relating to the property, such as A/C and heat control, light fixture control, access codes, wifi access, etc. They are not involved in the set-up or breakdown process, as this should be organized and handled by your required day-of coordinator or planner.
