Our entrees were (Cajun chicken Alfredo, 7 layered lasagna, creole shrimp & sausage pasta, green beans, salad and bread sticks). Calvary Catering was an amazing choice for our wedding catering. From the start, their communication style was straightforward, flexible, and super nice. KP, the owner, worked closely with us to customize the menu and stay within our budget. We originally hadn't planned on having all our meals delivered, but KP was able to accommodate our request. The food was absolutely delicious and there was more than enough for all our guests. Calvary Catering truly went above and beyond to help make our special day a huge success. We are so grateful for their amazing service and incredible value. Highly recommend this super amazing company!

Wild Whisk

4.3

  • Starts at $750
  • Serves Stowell, TX

We are a private family boutique business working alongside our 4 children to teach them work ethic and business principles. My husband is an attorney and the “meat master” of the operation and I am a former pro makeup artist who now bosses people around about their appetizers and their aesthetic. We attended so many events where the food just sucked…..we knew we could do better and here we are, killing it in catering!!

Our wedding was made even more memorable thanks to the exquisite catering provided by Wild Whisk. From the outset, their team demonstrated professionalism and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding meal was nothing short of perfect. One of the highlights of their service was the Chicken Picatta. It was a hit among our guests, who raved about the perfectly cooked chicken, the balance of flavors in the sauce, and how it paired beautifully with the green beans and mash potatoes. The dish was not only delicious but also presented with elegance, adding a touch of class to our wedding dinner. But the culinary delights began even before the main course. Wild Whisk's appetizers were a topic of conversation throughout the evening. Each appetizer was a burst of flavor, beautifully presented, and served with the perfect accompaniment. My personal favorite was the couscous! I ate probably 3 of them in between socializing with our guests. What set Wild Whisk apart was their commitment to quality and flavor. It was evident that they used high-quality, fresh ingredients, and their culinary skills shone through in every dish they served. The service staff was also impeccable, providing attentive and friendly service that made our guests feel well taken care of throughout the evening. Choosing Wild Whisk as our caterer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Their dedication to creating a memorable dining experience for us and our guests was apparent in every detail. We received numerous compliments on the food, and many guests asked for their contact information for their own events. We cannot thank Wild Whisk enough for their part in making our wedding day so special. Their exceptional food, outstanding service, and the overall dining experience they provided were beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Wild Whisk to anyone looking for catering services that truly stand out.

Bb's Tex-Orleans

5.0

  • Starts at $15
  • Serves Stowell, TX

In November 2007, Brooks Bassler founded BB’s with the original 1,100-square-foot restaurant at Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, Texas. It was the perfect starter! Bassler opened BB’s with the intention of creating a unique brand. BB’s would feature authentic New Orleans-style po’boys and Tex-Orleans cooking with a distinct menu, offered how and when customers wanted it: for dine-in, catering, and take-out, and available for late-night dining as well as during traditional hours.

My favorite dishes include the gumbo (specifically the chicken & sausage), fried gulf shrimp, cajun-pecan crusted chicken, and the bread pudding. Although, all of the food is very delicious and reminds me of my dad's Louisiana family cooking growing up. The management is very kind and quick to respond with any questions, comments, or concerns. Our staff is friendly and hard-working as well. We look forward to helping couples add a little cajun spice to their weddings.
