The experience begins with a wagon ride whisking your guests to the perfect spot atop the Orchard of over a thousand apple trees, with views of three neighboring towns. After the Ceremony, is the Pavilion Reception. The Pavilion has sliding walls- which means your 'outdoor' wedding is rainproof! The Pavilion has lights strung throughout to create an unmatched rustic ambiance. Our one-of-a-kind property shines with features including a raw edge custom wood bar, large stone fire pit, sprawling lawn, a barnyard crew (lovable mini horses, goats and a llama), a greenhouse with adjacent floral gardens and acres upon acres for amazing photo opportunities! May- October available (mid September through October ONLY Friday weddings) Fri/Sun: $3,000; Sat $4,000.

“I cannot thank Hyland (and design by doe) enough. We had our wedding 8/27/22 and it was everything we dreamed and more. Doe was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, prepared, and made our day perfect. Our guests raved about how beautiful the property was and how cool they thought the tractor ride up to the ceremony site was. The fire pit was another extra touch you don’t see at other venues. So many unique things that make it that much more special. We had 115 guests and there was plenty of room for dancing. We easily could’ve had another 30 (which is what we planned on). I can’t say enough good things and if I could do it all over I’d choose Hyland every time.”
